Research On Business Model Optimization Of Logistics Sorting Center Based On Anylogic

With the development of logistics,modern logistics is developing in the direction of more intelligent and information technology.In order to better serve people,the optimization and improvement of each link in logistics activities have become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking Z Company as an example,Anylogic simulation software is used to analyze and optimize the business process of its logistics sorting center in view of its low efficiency and high cost.The purpose is to improve the resource utilization rate of the logistics sorting center of the company,reduce its sorting cost and improve the overall operation efficiency.First of all,combined with the relevant research data,the current situation of the business process of the company’s sorting center is analyzed,the type of goods,distribution center layout,the processing process of goods,the way and tools of goods transportation and transportation speed,etc.,to identify the problems of the company’s sorting center.Secondly,in order to accurately get the problems existing in the sorting center,the Anylogic simulation software is used to simulate the current situation of the sorting center and analyze the factors causing the problems.Thirdly,combined with the characteristics and development trend of the company’s sorting center,from the overall point of view,the company’s sorting center business process factors are optimized,and the optimized model is studied and analyzed.Finally,the results of the first optimization and the second optimization are compared with the previous ones,and the effect of the simulation optimization is verified to improve the utilization rate of resources and equipment,the overall efficiency of the company’s sorting center,and improve the cost of personnel and equipment.It also helps companies of the same type to make reference and promote the improvement and adjustment of various logistics sorting centers.Figure 25 Table 23 Reference 50...
