In recent years, IOT and wireless communication network have developped rapidly, a large number of M2M equipments influx to the wireless network, which has brought great pressure to the network. What is more, the rare wireless resource is suffering serious challenges. Soit calls for new efficient communication technology between the gateway and sensors to permit the equipmets communicate derectly in parts of M2M applications. D2D (Device to Device) communication technology has already been applied to the cellular network. Applying D2D (Device to Device) communication technology to the cellular network and the large number of local M2M equipments, then the pressure of the network can be decreased.D2D communication technology refers to two or more terminal equipments, which are relatively close to each other communicate derectly under the system control by using the resources distributed individually or by reusing the resources of normal cellular UEs. It can satisfy fast transmission of the equipments within small ranges, reducig the transmission power, and promoting the whole system frequency spectrum resource utilization. This thesis is based on the cellular wireless network system, introducig various methods to increase the D2D communication resource utilization. This thesis also designs D2D communication process, and puts forward the D2D communication simulation model, resource allocation scheme and resources reuseing algorithm, dynamic communication goal SINR adjustments and so on. All of these can further improve the cellular system resource utilization rate. At last, the thesis simulated on these optimization schemes.This thesis first introduces M2M and the background of mobile cellular network briefly. Then the D2D communication technology is described in detail, such as its background, advantages and current problem and so on. Then resource optimization solutions from the combination of D2D and M2M are proposed, mainly including the communication process design for the cellular communication system, communication mode, resource allocation algorithm and resources reusing algorithm and various joint optimization schemes. Finally, it builds communication simulation platform based on the MATLAB, simulates and validates the joint optimization schemes. The simulation results show that the joint optimization scheme can improve the whole system of spectrum utilization obviously.
