| With the development trend of China’s economic globalization,the strategic position and influence of modern logistics industry in China’s national economy are becoming increasingly prominent.The traditional warehousing system has long been unable to meet the needs of the times,and the Automated Storage and Retrieval System(AS/RS)has become the first choice for current warehouse construction due to its space-saving and intelligent management characteristics(Ramtin.,2015).However,with the continuous increase in the number of orders,the requirements for the work efficiency of the intelligent storage system are also getting higher and higher,so it is particularly important to speed up the construction of AS/RS.Since the stacker is a direct equipment for accessing commodities in a three-dimensional warehouse,its running trajectory will directly affect the access efficiency,which in turn affects the overall efficiency of the AS/RS,so it has great research value and practicability.This paper mainly studies the location optimization strategy to give reasonable layout suggestions for goods,and optimizes the stacker scheduling path to reduce its operation time.From these two aspects to help enterprises more efficient management of automated warehouse,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.(1)The reasonable layout of the goods in the AS/RS helps to improve the dispatching efficiency of the stacker.Therefore,the cargo space is optimized according to the current cargo storage situation of X Company.Firstly,the optimization direction is analyzed,and the mathematical model with the optimization direction of shelf stability,goods in and out of warehouse frequency,goods correlation is established,and the multi-objective optimization model is constructed through the weight coefficient.Then,the genetic algorithm is selected as the main optimization algorithm,and the encoding method and crossover rules of the algorithm are improved.The dynamic crossover and mutation probability is set,and the elite retention strategy is introduced to avoid the destruction of excellent individuals.Finally,multi-dimensional experimental simulation is carried out through MATLAB to verify the experimental results of each optimization objective,and the final optimization results are verified through the weight coefficient,which helps enterprises to flexibly choose the optimization direction according to the actual situation.(2)Aiming at the scheduling optimization problem of stacker in X company,firstly,the corresponding mathematical model is established according to the type of stacker.Then,an optimization strategy is proposed for the shortcomings of genetic algorithm.The minimum variance method of distance matrix(MVODM)and greedy idea are introduced to improve the quality of initial population,and the local search ability is enhanced combined with simulated annealing algorithm.Finally,through experimental simulation,the optimal scheduling sequence of stacker is obtained,which greatly improves the scheduling efficiency of stacker.(3)The verified optimization algorithm is combined with practice,and the scheduling system with cargo location optimization module and scheduling optimization module as the main function is realized according to the design rules of the software. |
