Nowadays, as a new storage pattern in the field of material flow technique, automated storage and retrieval system plays a vital role in the industrial producing and high density storage. Automated storage and retrieval system's optimizing schedule tasks of in-out warehouse, optimization of goods allocation and optimization of the storage and retrieval route are the key points of enhancing the tasks efficiency. So automated storage and retrieval system is always researching key point in the field of engineering optimization. This paper bases on the ultimateness of the previous research, analyze the problem's researching purpose and meaning, scheduling tasks of in-out warehouse, optimization of goods position allocation and optimization of storage and retrieve route will be research deeply in the field of automated storage and retrieval system. This paper's main work,as follow:This paper formulate the components and key technique of automated storage and retrieval system theoretically, explain the task flow of in-out warehouse, specify management layer, monitor layer and implementation layer of automated storage and retrieval's task architecture, illuminate all parts of function.This paper introduce the relative principle of automated storage and retrieval system's scheduling task, bring out the method based on First Come First Serve ,short task first , design the management of task flow basing on priority ,analyze the task time of one shuttle, two shuttle, three shuttle , analyze and solve the three shuttle scheduling task problem of in-out warehouse .Bring out dividing the storage tasks and retrieval tasks into teams, the team tasks can boils down to a mini tsp problem, enhancing the efficiency of automated storage and retrieval system and saving the scheduling task time.According to the goods position's character of automated storage and retrieval system, construct goods position grid architecture model ,this model make the combination of stabilizing rack, in-out warehouse frequency and task time reasonable. Using clone select algorithm to carry out multi-object. Implement simulation to verify the result, compare to the traditional method, find out this model optimize the goods position very well.Aiming at the man-on-board automated storage and retrieval system order picker route optimization problem, bring out using immune-genetic algorithm in the optimizing the man-on-board automated storage and retrieval system order picker route problem. Simulating and verify the problem ,and compare to the traditional algorithm. The result explain that the new algorithm can shorten the man-on-board picker route, shorten the implementation time.
