As soon as the business model of cross-border e-commerce platform appeared,it brought great changes to my country’s foreign trade development and operation mode.In addition,the development of traditional foreign trade is declining,and the continuous development of the Internet and digitalization is also reconstructing the international Trade operation mode,my country’s cross-border e-commerce platform has more opportunities in the development,and the cross-border e-commerce platform trade mode has gradually become a new direction of my country’s trade development.Under the increasingly fierce market competition,business models have also become complicated.The new economic environment has put forward new requirements and challenges for cross-border e-commerce platforms.need.In order to meet consumers’ growing demands for diversified products and services,my country’s cross-border e-commerce platforms are required to continuously improve and perfect their business models,and seek a business model suitable for their own platform development based on the current market environment.This paper selects Amazon,the most successful cross-border e-commerce trade platform in the world,as a case to analyze the evaluation system of its business model,learns excellent dimensions from its business model,and provides reference for other e-commerce companies when choosing a business model.Promote the development of cross-border e-commerce.This paper firstly reviews the literature on cross-border e-commerce platforms,the definition of business models,the elements and business models of cross-border e-commerce platforms,and introduces the different stages in the development of cross-border e-commerce platforms in my country based on typical platform companies.The evaluation methods of the business model of cross-border e-commerce platforms are analyzed and sorted out,which lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the subsequent evaluation of Amazon’s business model.Secondly,conduct an in-depth analysis of Amazon’s business model,introduce a threedimensional business model model,and explain and analyze Amazon’s business model from the three dimensions of customer value proposition,operation model,and profit model.Through the collection and arrangement of relevant literature,the evaluation indicators are determined,and the indicators are divided into qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators.The weight of the indicators is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the business model evaluation system of the cross-border e-commerce platform is constructed.Finally,it evaluates Amazon’s business model,and uses the business model evaluation system constructed in the previous article to conduct analysis and research.The score of each index under the three evaluation dimensions and the score of the final platform are obtained by the fuzzy evaluation analysis method.At the same time,through the practical application of the established cross-border e-commerce platform business model evaluation system to Amazon,the feasibility of its evaluation system is also verified.Judging from the final scoring results of the business model evaluation system,an excellent cross-border ecommerce platform business model should have the advantages of customer value proposition,operation model,and profit model at the same time.Through the scoring results and the current situation of Amazon platform development,we analyze the advantages of Amazon’s business model development,and with the help of its successful experience,put forward optimization suggestions for the development of my country’s cross-border ecommerce platform business model,and help enterprises to adjust and innovate their business models. |
