The rapid development of Internet information technology has contributed to the new business model of electronic commerce,especially the cross-border electronic commerce which has sprung up in recent years with the help of Internet platforms,and has successfully broadened the spatial and temporal boundaries of international trade transactions.The world's first platform to develop cross-border e-commerce was founded in 1995 by Amazon,the platform's total trading volume(GMV)reached $196 billion by 2017.China's cross-border e-commerce platform started late,the most representative of the strongest,the fastest growing is founded in 2010 Alibaba's Global Express,has now become China's largest,the world's third largest B2 C cross-border e-commerce platform.As a result,the United States Amazon and China's Alibaba Global Express in the field of cross-border e-commerce in B2 C,the formation of a unique business model for other e-commerce platform has a high reference value,at the same time,the two in the business model has similarities and different,through the analysis of reference can be advantages and disadvantages,Promote the further optimization and improvement of their respective platforms.This thesis is composed of five parts.The main idea is to review the theory of business model and the related research of cross-border ecommerce platform,first of all,from the main product flow,capital flow,logistics and other aspects of Amazon and global fast selling business model,and secondly from the profit model,cross-border logistics system,capital payment methods and other levels of comparative analysis of the similarities and differences Once again from the global search heat,the platform for the country's cross-border e-commerce industry contributions,visits and financial situation analysis of the sample platform business model of the operation effect,and finally based on the previous analysis to draw conclusions,and put forward the optimization of China's cross-border e-commerce platform business model countermeasures and suggestions.This paper uses the method of literature research and case study,through the comparative study of Amazon and global fast selling business model,the main conclusion is that the sample platform in the profit model,cross-border logistics system and capital payment methods and other aspects of a number of similarities and differences.Specifically,Amazon is richer and more diverse in its profit model,and its cross-border logistics system is even larger.Of course,the global speed sales in line with China's rapid development of the logistics industry trend,but also in the continuous innovation and development of its cross-border logistics system.At the same time,the two are different in the way of payment,because the platform is focused on the different regional markets,according to the different regions of the localization requirements provided by the payment methods.From the operational effect,Amazon as the originator of cross-border e-commerce,its global influence,a wide range of business,more mature systems,from the financial data can be seen that its development in recent years shows a steady growth trend.and Global Express as a rising star,although in the global search heat,traffic slightly lost to Amazon,but the growth of the scale of trading momentum is strong,especially based on China's good policies for cross-border e-commerce in recent years,the development potential is huge.
