Research On Food Safety Chain Supervision Based On Blockchain

Food safety is a hot issue that people pay more attention to and will directly affect their health.In recent years,the events of "gutter oil" and "toxic milk powder" have been exposed continuously,which have seriously affected the people’s trust in food safety and their own interests.Therefore,food production enterprises have also been greatly affected and are facing a crisis of trust.Compared with people’s growing demand for food safety,the growth rate of food safety supervision force seems to be lagging behind.The contradiction between the huge market players,the growing demand for food safety and the weak regulatory force is becoming increasingly prominent.The frequent problems of food safety on campus,the proliferation of fake and shoddy food,and the lack of social co governance force are frequent.It is urgent to improve the regulatory efficiency and relieve the regulatory pressure with information-based regulatory means.As an emerging technology,blockchain technology has the characteristics of "decentralized collective participation","traceability of the whole process","extremely difficult to tamper" and "high transparency".Based on these characteristics,it is in good agreement with the requirements of food safety supervision.Through literature research and investigation research methods,this paper investigates and analyzes 134 grass-roots supervision institutions and market subjects in a city.Focusing on the current status and technical level of food safety supervision in a city,this paper uses information asymmetry theory,government supervision and management theory and collaborative governance theory to analyze the possible weakness of supervision;The poor level of supervision informatization,insufficient participation of enterprises and consumers,and the inability to form a multi-party coordinated social governance closed-loop supervision.Combined with the characteristics of blockchain technology,this paper puts forward the design idea of the government food safety supervision system based on blockchain technology,and conceives the food production,processing and operation enterprises,government supervision departments,and The roles that consumers,third-party organizations and other subjects can play in different links,put forward supervision paths,further promote the implementation of blockchain technology in food safety supervision,and promote the further food safety supervision in city a,which is important for building a food safety city where people can rest assured.
