Research On The Change Of Concept And System Of "The Whole Party Running Newspaper"

"The whole party runs a newspaper" is an important concept and fine tradition of the Communist Party of China’s news work.It has been repeatedly quoted and discussed for many years,and it has always been at the core of the party’s newspaper theory."The whole party runs a newspaper" is not a rigid concept,but a living "discourse practice",which is linked with a specific time and space environment,and completes the precipitation and renewal of ideas and practices in the discourse interaction of multiple subjects such as political parties,the press,and the public.With the development of China’s political,economic and cultural environment,the "all-party newspaper" has adjusted the system in different historical periods,making the concept also constantly develop and change.Therefore,it is valuable to sort out the conceptual changes and institutional changes of "all-party-run newspapers".This thesis divides into five periods to sort out the idea of "running newspapers by the whole party",and explores the conceptual changes and institutional changes of "running newspapers by the whole party" in the process of the party’s journalism.The first part mainly discusses the brewing process of "the whole party running a newspaper" in the early stage of the founding of the party.At the beginning of the establishment of the Communist Party of China,under the influence of Marxism-Lenin’s party newspaper thought,it constantly learned from experience,explored and practiced,and the prototype of "all-party newspaper" began to appear.Conceptually,it has absorbed the ideas of party newspapers,such as party newspapers should have a distinct proletarian nature,adhere to the party’s management of the media,and have close ties with the masses.In terms of system,establish and improve the propaganda organization,strengthen the propaganda position,carry out various propaganda activities,gradually carry out the theoretical propaganda work of the party newspaper,and initially construct the early party newspaper thought of the Communist Party of China.The second part mainly analyzes the formation process of "all-party-run newspaper" in Yan’an period.The "all-party-run newspaper" was formed during the revision of the "Liberation Daily" in Yan’an in 1942.During this period,from the improvement of news business,to the concept of clarifying the relationship between the party newspaper and the entire party organization,from the institutional arrangement of mutual participation between the party organization and the editorial department of the party newspaper,to the transformation and identification of the main body of the newspaper,"the whole party runs a newspaper" replacing "fan-run newspapers" has become the dominant paradigm of the party’s journalism.The third part mainly introduces the concurrent stage of "running newspapers by the whole party" and "running newspapers by the masses".In 1948,Mao Zedong clearly put forward the
