Research On The Institutional Change Mode Of Our Country's Archive System In The New Period

Since the new era,all aspects of China have gone through more than 30 years of reform,such a reform process is actual y a process of institutional change.The remarkable achievements of China's reform can not be separated from the correct choice of the way of institutional change.Therefore,in important reform fields such as economics and politics,many scholars have launched discussions on the mode of institutional change,and formed many theories,such as the dualistic coexistence of the mode of institutional change,the theory of the transformation of the main role of institutional change,the three-stage theory of the mode of institutional change,the theory of artificial design and natural evolution,the theory of gradual transformation,and so on.These doctrines ful y reflect that various ways of institutional change affect the efficiency and effect of institutional change.Previous studies used to observe the changes of archives system in the field of archives,and found that the changes of archives system based on the main body also presented three stages: mandatory institutional change mode,intermediate diffusiontype institutional change mode and induced institutional change mode,which together affected the changes of archives system and its efficiency.The main content of the article starts from the second chapter.Firstly,it introduces the basic theoretical cognition of the mode of institutional change,from the system,the institutional change,the mode of institutional change,extending to the archives system and its mode of change,so as to lay a foundation for the theoretical knowledge of the article.From chapter three to chapter five,three modes of institutional change of archives system are mainly discussed,namely mandatory institutional change mode,intermediate diffusion-type institutional change mode and induced institutional change mode,and expounds the formation background,specific performance and influence of each institutional change mode.Finally,the sixth chapter summarizes the development rules of archives institutional change mode,which are the "gradual" type development of institutional change mode,the "continuous" mode development of institutional change mode,and the intermediate diffusion-type institutional change mode playing an important role.These development rules are explained from three aspects: the statesociety relation,the interaction between power and rights,path dependence and expediency.Finally,based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward the vision of the future development of archive system change mode.
