In recent years,the number of university museums has grown rapidly,and the research of university museums has been paid more and more attention.However,the literature of university museums from the perspective of the audience is relatively insufficient,and this part needs to be further studied.The main aspect of university museum serving the audience and the exhibition is the key to enter the museum to watch the museum.Based on the evaluation of the exhibition effect,this paper discusses the maximization of the exhibition effect of the museum from the audience,so as to make practical opinions for the exhibition.In order to adjust the exhibition items in the exhibition according to the investigation of the exhibition audience,help to improve the exhibition effect,and help the development of university museums.This article selects the permanent exhibition of Shandong University Museum "Wen yun Qi lu——Cultural Relics and Archaeological Achievements of Shandong University" as a case.The tracking observation,interview and questionnaire methods are mainly used to survey the exhibition,and the exhibition effect is studied from three aspects of audience behavior,audience experience and audience feedback.Through the investigation and research,it is found that there are some problems in the content design and form design of the exhibition,such as the single type of cultural relics,insufficient display of cultural relics background information,inconvenient use of explanation equipment,lack of story and interest.Based on the research results,the suggestions are proposed to improve the exhibition effect of university museums:University museums should start from their own collection advantages and cultural advantages to show the unique content to the audience;The display board introduction should be simple and vivid,easy to understand;Set up the highlights of the exhibition,to highlight some key display content;Optimize the explanation service,especially the content of the electronic explanation needs to deepen the background knowledge description,and the position needs to be adjusted;Provide interactive services for college students,attract students to participate in the exhibition design process of the museum,with the help of students’ professional background knowledge,make the content of the exhibition more professional,and improve the exhibition effect. |
