| With the popularization of smart phones and the continuous penetration of mobile Internet,the way users obtain information has also transformed.Mobile information applications represented by Toutiao have become the main way for users to obtain information.There is no doubt that in the field of information,mobile terminals have won the war with PC terminals.However,on the one hand,the current mobile terminal information market is still very fierce,and there is almost no difference between header information applications.And the market is not stable,all companies still need to riveted enough to compete for users.On the other hand,the content ecology represented by WeChat and short video applications represented by Douyin and Kuaishou are also penetrating the information field,robbing users of time.At the same time,from the user’ s point of view,there are still many imperfections in current comprehensive information apps,which need to be improved.Therefore,Not only improve user satisfaction the ultimate competition in the information market,but also significant strategy to prevent users from flowing to other platforms.Based on previous studies,this study created a comprehensive information applications user satisfaction research model based on the classic ACSI customer satisfaction model by studying literature and interviewing users,and compiled corresponding scales and questionnaires.Among to college students,I issued 349 questionnaire and collected 314 valid questionnaire.After analyzed,we can obtain the following conclusions:In regression analysis,it was found that three variables can predict user satisfaction:user expectations,the perceived quality and user experience,are significantly positively correlated with user satisfaction.Among them,the perceived quality has the greatest impact on user satisfaction.It shows that the classic ACSI model still has a good explanatory power for comprehensive information applications,and the factors that affect user satisfaction:user expectations and perceived quality still play a role in comprehensive information applications.At the same time,based on new research objects and audience characteristics,the importance of user experience is highlighted,and it has become an important factor affecting user satisfaction.The acquisition method does not play a role in the moderating effect of user experience on user satisfaction.User satisfaction can predict two variables:user reputation and user loyalty,and there is a significant positive correlation between user satisfaction and the two.This study also confirmed the positive impact of user expectations and user experience on perceived quality,and the positive impact of user reputation on user loyalty.Based on the research results,corresponding improvement strategies are proposed. |
