Education practice is a very important link in the pre-service training of physical education teachers.The Ministry of Education clearly proposes to "strengthen the link of education practice" in "Opinions on Vigorously Promoting the Reform of Teacher Education Curriculum".In order to improve the teaching ability and comprehensive quality of normal professional students,in recent years,many colleges and universities have set up education practice courses in normal professional courses,and have achieved certain results.Teaching activities are full of ethical dilemmas.In education practice,students majoring in physical education face the ethical problems in physical education work for the first time,and are easy to fall into the ethical dilemma.This paper studies the ethical dilemmas of practice for students majoring in physical education in Tianjin and points out that practice is a necessary way for students majoring in physical education to get familiar with education content and promote professional development.The research on the ethical dilemmas of physical education majors in practice is helpful for students to understand and solve the ethical dilemmas in practice so that they can better complete the tasks in practice.Based on the research method of grounded theory,the original data were obtained through interviews with students majoring in physical education in Tianjin,and then the three-level coding and saturation test were carried out on the original data to get the ethical dilemma.It is found that the authority relationship,ethical anomia,dilemma embodiment,ethical judgment and dilemma are the components of the ethical dilemma of physical education students’ practice in Tianjin.Authority relationship mainly includes weak position and marginal work content.The ethical anomie mainly includes the anomie of the instructor’s example and the anomie of the instructor’s speech.The embodiment of dilemma mainly includes helpless state,silence and obedience.Ethical judgment mainly includes the deviation of professional ethical concept and improper professional ethical behavior.After the dilemma,professional affection and professional enthusiasm fade.Aiming at the ethical dilemmas of physical education students’ practice in Tianjin,the following optimization strategies are proposed:(1)Establish a community of practice to improve the dilemmas space;(2)Standardize the construction of practice bases and improve the ethical environment;(3)Cultivate moral courage and face difficulties positively;(4)Enhance ethical sensitivity and resist moral erosion.
