The Main Ethical Dilemma Of Social Work Practice And Its Choice Of Exploration

In the process of social work practice,a social worker from intervention services to put an end to the different stage is likely to be accompanied by a corresponding ethical dilemma and choice of social work.The social work ethics dilemma and the choice question will become an unavoidable problem in the practice of social work practice.In this article,the author in Shenzhen ping mountain frontline social workers engaged in practical work,for example,conclude that the current main ethical dilemmas in social work practice in plateau mountainous area include: professional and personal relations confused ethical dilemma,service object,confidentiality and privacy ethical dilemma between personal interests and professional responsibility,the responsibility of the stakeholders services,the allocation of limited resources,evaluation of pressure and the content of the six aspects,such as professional service responsibility.And analyzes the causes of these ethical dilemmas,draw a ethical dilemma produced mainly because of the lack of appropriate local professional social work ethics,conflicts of interest,the differences between the cultural background,roles and obligations conflict,conflict between professional values,professional social work values in practice did not get the attention they deserve.In view of the main ethical dilemmas in the process of practice,the author also puts forward corresponding ethical choice Suggestions,including the core idea is in the process of ethical choices,social workers should always adhere to the service object benefit as the principle,provides the high-quality service for the service object as the preferred tasks.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward some Suggestions for constructing the system of social work ethics.
