Ethical Dilemma Studies On Social Work Intervention To The Military Veterans

Jun Xiu social workers service is a new kind of social work into the traditional Jun Xiu service mode.Its unique professional values,professional service method,professional service skills into Jun Xiu service.Aimed at improving Jun Xiu service quality. Jun Xiu social workers service’s main benefit group of retired cadres Jun Xiu center.In the process of service, values conflict will lead to social work ethics dilemma, which directly affects the parties and the effect of the service. Ethical dilemma is a social worker, Jun Xiu institutions, values conflict between old cadre. This is tripartite benefit orientation and value choice of conflict, we must make the correct ethical decisions to alleviate the conflict, solve the ethical dilemmas.This research adopts qualitative research methods, through the social workers, Jun Xiu agency workers, retired veteran cadres in-depth interviews to understand the social workers face the ethical dilemma of what,and they how to solve the trouble the parties. Last, analysis the reason and try to solve.Understand Jun Xiu center of social work services and respondents,we found that Social work services in an ethical dilemma,social worker with Jun Xiu organization, social workers and retired veteran cadres, retired veteran cadres and Jun Xiu institutions there are between the conflicts of values.They are Mired in the choice of value, their self worth were not implemented.To better promote JunXiu social worker service.expanding the field of social work services,this study sums up the ethical dilemma.It is concluded that the causes of ethical dilemmas is self value cannot achieve, do not understand social work, social worker embarrassing status in the institution and the lack of funding. Finally, try to adopt a new form of group and the government to buy to solve the problem.
