| Nyingchi Bayi District Township Primary School,It has the common features of learning and teaching in rural Tibetan primary schools,and is faced with the common problems of lack of classroom teaching discipline,lack of democratic system and relatively single management mode,there are also personality problems,such as the insufficient child discipline and poor home-school co-ordination.In particular,the class management of the head teachers of primary schools,it has become one of the most important problems which need to be solved urgently,such as the high attention of the district,the great concern of the school and the overall promotion of education and teaching.This research is based on deepening the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,taking Tibetan morality as the priority,putting people first,increasing the standardized management of education and teaching,and cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of intelligence,physique and beauty,based on the theory of Democratic Management and humanistic education,supported by field research,combined with the practice of the subjects learned and the daily management of classes,the study mainly focused on the class teachers in Nyingchi Bayi District primary schools,cut into the micro-issues of class management,carried out in-depth study and discussion.Based on the analysis of the field research materials,the class management of class teachers in Bayi District Township primary schools in Nyingchi,there are three problems: Top-level design needs to be strengthened,organization implementation needs to be optimized,and management evaluation needs to be improved,as well as the school organization training needs to be strengthened,the class teacher ability quality needs to be enhanced,the home-school cooperation education needs to be strengthened and so on.In view of the existing problems and reasons,corresponding to explore effective solutions and ways to form a top-level design,systematic construction of primary school teacher class management objectives;To improve the implementation quality of class management organization,grasp the key points,and enhance the evaluation level of class management.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical reference for the class management of the head teacher in the township primary schools in this district,and to provide practical reference for the other township primary schools to do well in class management,achieve the effect of radiation application and linkage promotion. |
