Class is the essential organizational unit of school education and teaching,the important place for students to learn,live and grow and the main position of managing the class effectively.For constantly development of people,their most beautiful youth in life are spent in class,especially for low grade students with weaker development on initiative,independence and autonomy.Their physical and mental harmonious development depend on a good class environment.With constant progress of the new curriculum reform,the new educational idea and management idea are emerging.People have practiced boldly and also have obtained some achievements under the guidance of the new concept of education and management.However,under the influence of exam-oriented education,the instrument rationalism is required that the order and efficiency is still major purpose of class management,the discipline and command is still the main method,the grade theory is still advocated by managers.In the class management,teacher-student relationships are faded,students’ autonomy are weakened,their subjectivity are neglected,and the personality are buried.Therefore,what kind of class management can make the class energetic,make the teacher-student relationships improved,and make the class become happy place for students comprehensively development.In this study,from the perspective of class teachers,and low grade students as the research subjects,it mainly employs the questionnaire,the interviews and the observation methods to investigate.This study can be divided into four parts:The first part is introduction.It presents the research background,the research significance,previous research on management abroad and at home,and the research idea and the research methods.The second part,it states the present situation investigation and analysis of the class management of S primary school in Xinxiang.And it also expounds the investigate subjects,the investigate contents,the investigate purposes,the investigate methods and research designs.It finally analyzes in detail the head teacher problems existing in the class management of S primary school in XinxiangThe third part is the problem analysis of class management in lower grades of primary school.It elaborates what head teacher caused the problem of class management,and this study considers that the main reasons are: utilitarianism of class management,objectives one-sided of class management,absolutely right of head teacher,and imperfect mechanism of class management.The fourth part is the strategies to solve the problem of class management in lower grades of primary school.In view of the existing problem in head teacher management of S primary school in Xinxiang,this study proposes the following solutions: first,establishing a "people-oriented" management idea;second,building correct class management objectives;third,employing "flexibility" management mode;fourth,improving class management system.
