The high-quality development of education has become the theme and trend of educational development in the new century,and efficient teaching quality management is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of school education and teaching.Exploring the optimization strategy of teaching quality management in county senior high schools is the need of the development of high quality education and the need to improve the efficiency of teaching quality management in county senior high schools.This study takes the teaching quality management of county senior high schools as the research theme,selects three ordinary senior high schools in county A of Heyuan City as cases,and conducts a questionnaire survey on 202 school staff.Two school leaders,two middle-level cadres and two teachers were selected for interviews.It is found that at present,there are some problems in the teaching quality management of county senior high schools,such as low professional ability,low efficiency of management,formalization of management organization and implementation,lack of school-based teaching and research,lack of science and rationality of management system,and lack of comprehensiveness and systematicness in teaching quality evaluation management.The above problems are caused by external and internal causes and other factors.In view of the above problems,based on the theory of people-oriented management and total quality management,the author puts forward the optimization strategies of teaching quality management in county senior high schools,including: First,to improve the professional ability and accomplishment of the main body of teaching quality management:renew the management concept,optimize the organizational structure,and build a professional management team.Second,optimize the organization and implementation of teaching quality management: focus on classroom teaching management,attach importance to school-based teaching and research,and strengthen the service consciousness of teaching resources management;Third,establish and improve the teaching quality management system:improve the curriculum system,improve the teacher management system;improve the student management system Fourth,we should improve the management of teaching quality evaluation: promote the dynamic and diversification of teaching quality evaluation,promote teachers’ teaching quality evaluation to be more comprehensive and pluralistic,and promote the diversification and literacy orientation of students’ learning quality evaluation.
