China is in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.With the continuous development of the socialist market economic system and the gradual deepening of information construction,the application of statistical data is increasingly extensive.Statistics plays an increasingly important role in the development of economy and society.However,due to the influence of various factors such as resources,funds,administrative management system and lack of statistical talents,county-level statistical survey projects are prone to various systematic and non-systematic errors in the implementation of statistical survey projects,which reduces the quality and reliability of survey data.However,county-level statistical survey project is the most basic statistical survey,and survey data is an important basis for the management and decision-making of the government and relevant departments.How to effectively control the quality of survey project is of great significance for improving the role and value of county-level statistical survey project.Will use project management related theory,this study to optimize the survey project management as the breakthrough point,aiming at data quality control,in view of the current problems of statistics,the county level from the statistical investigation project management model,process control,evaluation,etc,is discussed how to optimize fumin statistical investigation items,and put forward the optimization fumin statistical investigation items of specific Suggestions,the results of optimization at the county level survey project management in our country also to have certain reference significance and value.
