A hundred years ago,Mr.Zhang Boling called for "strengthening our race,giving priority to sports".Up to now,the importance of sports for a country and a nation is self-evident.Under this background,the physical education senior high school entrance examination,as the focus of physical education reform,has been comprehensively carried out and implemented,and at the same time,it has changed the situation that the traditional senior high school entrance examination has the only score on the test paper.In April,2020,Yunnan Provincial Department of Education announced the sports plan and detailed rules for senior high school entrance examination,which became the focus of attention of the education industry and even many school-age students and parents.This paper studies the optimization of junior high school physical education teaching system in Funing County under the background of the reform of senior high school physical education examination,aiming at actively promoting the implementation of the new policy of senior high school physical education examination,deepening the reform results of physical education and teaching,realizing mutual promotion and win-win results of education and teaching,physical quality and the improvement of senior high school physical education examination results,and providing valuable reference for contemporary junior high school physical education.In this paper,eight middle schools in Funing County,including No.1 Middle School,No.2 Middle School,Minzu Middle School,Banlun Middle School,Guichao Middle School,Muyang Middle School,Siyuan Middle School and Xinjiyuan Middle School,are taken as the research objects.Through designing questionnaires,conducting in-depth interviews with schools,summarizing relevant research results at home and abroad,and analyzing the strategies of senior high school entrance examination,the present situation of physical education teaching of the research objects is investigated.Through screening the survey data and summarizing the interview results,the results of the eight middle schools in Funing County under the reform of senior high school entrance examination for physical education are analyzed.1.After the reform,the scores of the physical education entrance examination in Yunnan Province are equal to those outside the number of words;In terms of content setting,it is richer and more comprehensive,completing the comprehensive coverage of junior high school stage;In the sense,it changes the disadvantages of exam-oriented education and makes the cultivation goal of the whole senior high school entrance examination more balanced.Since the implementation of the policy,many parties have attached importance to it.Schools at all levels can actively respond to the call and put forward targeted teaching strategies to adapt to the reform.Many front-line teachers are familiar with the reform policy of senior high school entrance examination.Paying attention to systematic research in the process of teaching implementation can pay close attention to teaching from the beginning of grade one,and lay a foundation for senior high school entrance examination sports.2.The reform of physical education senior high school entrance examination has a good original intention,but its influence is also double-sided.The reform of senior high school entrance examination is a long-term topic,which should play a positive role in continuous improvement and avoid negative influence.This investigation further clarified the current situation of the implementation of the reform policy of senior high school entrance examination for physical education in Yunnan Province by relevant groups after its implementation,and learned that all schools paid more attention to the development of students’ physical quality and physical education curriculum,and completed the reconstruction of teaching system one after another.3.With the implementation of the reform strategy of the senior high school entrance examination for physical education in Yunnan,it has brought brand-new challenges to schools,parents and students.Most schools can take the physical education reform of senior high school entrance examination as a breakthrough in the process of physical education teaching,and give full play to its baton role in education and teaching reform.The changes of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation have been completed respectively,and the promotion of a number of reform strategies has been coordinated from many aspects,which has pointed out the direction for the development of students in the new period,laid the foundation for the reconstruction of campus classroom in the new period,and built a brand-new framework for the learning methods and teaching modes in the new period.4.Since the implementation of the reform of the senior high school entrance examination for physical education in Yunnan,many middle schools in Funing County have carried out the national guidelines from many aspects,and formulated and improved education and teaching plans.Starting with the allocation of teachers,we can ensure a good physical exercise environment for students;Starting with students’ interests,ensure that students accept sports and know that they love sports;At the same time,through the adjustment of the corresponding teaching objectives,methods and contents,we can avoid the existence of exam-oriented education ideas and actively promote the strengthening of teenagers’ physique.
