Practical writing in junior high school has always been marginalized in Chinese writing teaching,but in modern society,practical writing is widely used in our daily study,work and life.Thus,practical writing is closely related to students’ learning and future development.Practical writing can effectively convey information and meet student’ needs for communication in family,school and society.Based on the high compatibility between the characteristics of practical writing texts and communicative context writing theory,both emphasize "reader awareness" and focus on improving students’ self-expression and communication ability with the purpose of "communication".In view of this,this study attempts to conduct research on the teaching practice of practical writing in junior high school from the perspective of communicative context.This study mainly adopts the literature research method,action research method and case analysis method.Firstly,it explains the relevant concepts of this research and clarifies the elements,characteristics,practical and applied texts of writing in communicative context.Secondly,the implementation basis and teaching status of practical writing teaching in junior high school in the context of communication were explored.The implementation basis of practical writing teaching is based on theoretical basis and practical basis,and the implementation basis of practical writing teaching in junior high school is analyzed.The theoretical basis combines constructivist learning theory,functional linguistic theory,and situational cognitive theory to analyze the feasibility of practical writing teaching in junior high school.Based on reality,the relevance of practical writing teaching is analyzed from three aspects: curriculum standards,unified compilation of textbooks,and trends in writing propositions for the middle school entrance examination.Finally,aiming at the current situation of practical writing teaching: writing task design,writing teaching implementation,writing teaching evaluation,and writing achievements presentation four aspects,put forward the teaching strategy with operability.In view of the above current problems,the teaching strategies of practical writing in junior high school are as follows:First of all,the design of writing tasks should clarify the awareness of communicative context,and exercise students’ awareness of topic,purpose,reader,and role.Secondly,the implementation of writing teaching should provide writing situations and strategies,and create task situations based on students’ life experience to stimulate students’ interest in writing.Build a writing platform to fill students’ lack of life experience.Finally,the evaluation of writing teaching should realize the flexibility of teaching evaluation,promote the diversification of evaluation subjects,evaluation methods,and comprehensive evaluation content.In addition,under the guidance of communicative context writing theory,combined with the case of famous teachers,a design of a junior high school practical writing teaching plan is designed,and the implementation effect of the teaching plan is reflected and summarized,so as to provide a valuable teaching reference for frontline language teachers to teach practical writing.
