The Study On Game Mechanism And Evolution Path Of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Innovation

We exist in a times of “ come to seek survival and development by starting an undertaking ”.The entrepreneurial activity is humanity’s basic practice, entrepreneurial activity plays the key role as the economic society in one kind of economic form, is one of main driving influences which the economy grows, it can impel the innovation achievement to the realistic productive forces transformation. The innovation is the foundation of entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurship is the carrier of innovation. The university graduates are the precious human resources of country.The guidance and the support university graduates start an undertaking independently, is the effective way to display the resources superiority of university graduates. Not only the entrepreneurial innovation will be our country’s main power of social development in future, also will be a shortcut to solves the university graduates who hard to get employed. Helping the university graduates to get employed, has the vital significance of maintaining the employment situation stability and promoting economic society healthy development. Therefore, how to deal with the benefit relationship between each subject during development process of college students’ entrepreneurial innovation, inquired into thoroughly its strategy behavior about game mechanism and evolution path, relates the healthy development of university students’ entrepreneurial innovation.The second chapter in this article, based on the related literature research about the conditions of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice, systematically reviewed the status quo of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice at home and abroad and complexly compared their development.The third chapter,discusses the basic theory about game systematically, including the game theory, the cooperative game theory and the evolutionary game theory, combs their origin, development and related applications.Based on the study of relevant literature and theory, chapter 4 conducts a questionnaire survey on typical enterprise of pioneer park in Nanjing, through the survey data analyzing on development of start-ups in Nanjing, and then views their future development. In the chapter5,we establishes three game models between various stakeholders. The first one: internal interest allocation model of entrepreneurial innovation companies, through this model,proposes reasonable solution on how to allocate internal interest of innovative companies. The second model is a cooperative game model between enterprises and universities, pointing out that the the mechanism of trust between innovation enterprises and universities is the core to restrict the college students venture teamwork running steady. The third is the evolutionary game model between the innovation enterprises and government, calculates the evolutionary stable strategy, and uses the numerical simulations to analysis the path selection on innovative companies and government. Finally, based on the above three models and experimental results,from the four levels including education models of colleges, publicity efforts of social,regulations of governments and the students themselves, puts forward relevant suggestions to make students’ innovation and entrepreneurship toward the idealized state.
