Early childhood is the period of enlightenment and development of body growth and development,and also an important period for the formation and development of motor skills.In the third article of the General Rules for Kindergarten Work,the task of kindergarten is to promote the harmonious development of children’s body and mind.This period requires us to follow the characteristics and laws of children’s physical and mental development.This is because early childhood is the key to the most productive plasticity in an individual’s life.period.Grasping the physical education in this period is of great significance to the development of children’s physical and mental development and athletic ability in the future.How to improve children’s athletic ability scientifically and effectively is the need of national and national development.At present,China has already evaluated the indicators of children’s athletic ability.However,with the rapid development of society and the improvement of living standards,the current evaluation indicators can not effectively reflect the current level of exercise ability of children,so China needs indicators for children’s evaluation standards.Optimized to facilitate the assessment of the child’s athletic ability and better reflect the child’s athletic ability.It provides theoretical and practical basis for the development and evaluation of sports ability indicators for children’s sports activities at different ages in China.This study used the literature data method to sort out the literature and found that most experts questioned the previous evaluation of exercise performance indicators,but did not make further optimization and solutions;using the Delphi method to screen and supplement the evaluation of children’s sports ability indicators,further The evaluation indicators are determined;the measurement method is adopted to test the athletic ability of small,medium and large classes of kindergartens affiliated to Northeast Normal University,and to accurately measure the athletic ability and exercise capacity of children at different ages.The use of mathematical statistics is to grade the evaluation indicators and conduct further analysis and research.Research indicates:(1)In this study,exercise ability is used as the first-level indicator.Through the reading of the literature and the feedback of the experts,the five indicators of strength,speed,balance,sensitivity and perception are determined as secondary indicators.Through the screening of the results of the two rounds of questionnaires to calculate the weighted average and weight of each indicator,and finally determine the third-level indicators for the ten-meter turn back,set long jump,throw the ball,body support,walking balance beam,feet continue to jump.Through the testing of the kindergartens of Northeast Normal University,the four-level evaluation level standard was finally determined.(2)After the 6-level three-level index test for children aged 4-6 years,the athletic ability of children in the age group of 4,5,and 6 years of age in the same gender showed significant differences in performance,indicating that with age The performance of children’s sports is on the rise.There is no significant difference in the scores of the six indicators between male and female children in children of the same age,which indicates that there is little difference in exercise capacity between male and female children at the same age.(3)After the test,the data analysis showed that the correlation of the six indicators selected in this study was very high,P<0.01,which indicated that the selection of the indicators was reasonable.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)This paper questions the children’s sitting body flexion and tennis throwing index in the National Physique Monitoring Report,and finds that the setting of these two indicators does not meet the physical development characteristics of children aged 4-6.Based on the five basic principles of effectiveness,integrity,feasibility,objectivity and economy,this study is based on the Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6,and the Guide to the Early Childhood Movement in Japan,combined with early childhood sports.With the health direction experts on the screening of indicators,the final optimization of the six indicators are: 10 meters back to run,body support,balance beam,continuous feet jumping,standing long jump,throwing the ball.(2)This paper uses the deviation method to evaluate the scores and correlations of children’s sports ability evaluation indicators,and finds that the sensory ability and relative strength of the upper limbs are weak in the process of combining cases,suggesting that the future will be further in the process of children’s sports guidance.Targeted exercise interventions are proposed for relatively weak exercise capacity programs to improve the overall quality of young children.
