Research On The Impact Of Talent Aggregation On Regional Innovatio

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,innovation is the first driving force to lead development.General Secretary Xi proposed to build an innovative city with strong driving force.We should continue to achieve the original innovation breakthrough from the aspects of subject,system,culture,technology and other related aspects through all-round innovation,and form the discourse power in innovation,which is of great significance play the polar role of urban innovation in national regional innovation.The essence of regional innovation drive is the drive of talent agglomeration in the region.As the main output individual of innovation,the role and influence of talents on regional innovation is beyond doubt.Based on the relevant data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019,this paper discusses the evolution characteristics of talent agglomeration and regional innovation ability and the influence of talent agglomeration on regional innovation ability,so as to provide theoretical support and empirical reference for further improving urban innovation ability,developing innovation-driven economy and cultivating regional innovation highland.Based on the influence of talent agglomeration on regional innovation,this paper tries to discuss and analyze the mechanism of talent agglomeration difference on regional innovation.In terms of the structure of the article,this paper first expounds the concepts of talent agglomeration and regional innovation,and makes a preliminary understanding of talent,talent agglomeration and regional innovation based on the literature at home and abroad.Then,it theoretically analyzes the influence mechanism of talent agglomeration on regional innovation,and discusses how talent agglomeration promotes regional innovation by improving human capital stock,optimizing human capital structure and promoting knowledge and information exchange.Then,the evaluation index system of talent aggregation and regional innovation capability is constructed,and the entropy method is used to comprehensively evaluate the two,and the coefficient of variation method is used to analyze the regional differences between the two.Based on the theoretical analysis of the impact mechanism of talent agglomeration on regional innovation,this paper uses panel data model to analyze the impact of talent agglomeration on regional innovation and makes empirical analysis,and puts forward relevant development suggestions combined with empirical analysis.Through the above theoretical analysis and empirical calculation,this paper can get the following conclusions :First,most talents flow and gather to regions with better economic development,and the agglomeration effect is also long-term.However,in the trend,the provincial differences are shrinking.Second,regional innovation is relatively active in regions with better economic development,innovation activities are relatively stable and less volatile.Third,the higher the degree of talent aggregation,the stronger the regional R &D level of scientific and technological innovation,talent aggregation can promote regional innovation.Fourthly,from a regional perspective,the impact of talent aggregation in the eastern,central and western regions on regional innovation capability is significant at the level of 1 % aboriginality,which has a positive promoting effect.From the coefficient point of view,the coefficient in the eastern region is the largest,followed by that in the central region,and that in the western region is the smallest,indicating that the more developed regions are,the greater the role of talents in promoting regional scientific and technological innovation is.Fourth,from a regional point of view,the impact of talent aggregation on regional innovation capability in the eastern,central and western regions is significant at the 1 % significant level,which has a positive role in promoting.From the coefficient point of view,the coefficient of the western region is 0.44,the central region is 0.223,and the eastern region is 0.175,which shows that the less developed regions,the greater the role of talent in promoting regional scientific and technological innovation.Fifth,economic development has a significant indigenous promoting effect on the three regions,especially on regional innovation capability.The fastest economic development in the eastern region plays a driving role in regional innovation capability,while the relatively backward economic development in the central and western regions has less impact on regional innovation capability.In addition,human capital has a significant role in promoting regional innovation capability in the three regions.Sixth,from the mechanism of talent aggregation on regional innovation,talent aggregation mainly promotes regional innovation through intra-industry knowledge spillover and inter-industry knowledge spillover.In the eastern region,talent aggregation mainly promotes regional innovation and development through inter-industry knowledge spillover,while in the central and western regions,it promotes regional innovation and development through intra-industry knowledge spillover.
