| With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,Chinese education attaches more importance to improving the development of students’ Chinese core accomplishment and thinking ability.The Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)clearly puts forward the connotation of core literacy,puts forward higher requirements for the development of students’thinking ability,and points out the direction for the development of students’thinking.The new curriculum standards clearly put forward the learning task group of "speculative reading and expression",which aims to develop students’critical thinking abilities such as analysis and comparison,inductive judgment,logical reasoning,dialectical and so on,cultivate students’ rational thinking and rational spirit,and put forward new requirements for students’ speculative reading and teachers’ speculative reading teaching.At present,the teaching of popular science literature reading in junior middle school is still in the traditional teaching way of reading,and the exploration of the speculative elements in the teaching of popular science literature reading is shallow.The learning task group of "Reflective Reading and Expression" in the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)clearly takes "texts on scientific inquiry"as one of the learning contents of the fourth learning paragraph,which requires teachers to carry out reflective reading teaching for popular science articles.The implementation of speculative reading teaching of popular science texts can guide students to understand the scientific thinking,scientific concept and scientific spirit contained in popular science works,and at the same time develop students’ ability to question and ask questions,and exercise students’ rational thinking.Therefore,the critical reading of popular science texts is of great significance to the cultivation of students’ critical ability.First of all,from the perspective of learning task group of curriculum standards,this study interprets "speculative reading" from three aspects:goal orientation,process pursuit and evaluation index,and analyzes the distribution and characteristics of popular science articles in the unified edition of junior high school Chinese textbooks.On this basis,I analyzed the value of speculative reading teaching of popular science articles.Secondly,this study mainly takes the seventh grade students and teachers of Beijing M Middle School as the research objects,and investigates the teaching status of popular science reading through the methods of observation,interview and questionnaire.The investigation found that the school based on students’existing experience in the teaching of popular science,to create interesting situations,pay attention to the development of students’ thinking.But there are also the following problems:traditional teaching mode,shallow thinking depth;Popular science articles are marginalized and paid little attention to;Students have poor initiative and weak critical consciousness.According to the requirements of curriculum standards and textbooks,as well as the above-mentioned teaching problems,this study puts forward four suggestions from the aspect of classroom preparation:text interpretation,exploring critical elements;Determine the goal,clear thinking core;Discard stereotypes,closely adhere to popular science characteristics;Supplement reading and expand learning resources.In terms of classroom implementation,this study is based on the constructivism theory and speculative reading theory,Under the guidance of the theory,the following teaching strategies are proposed:creating situations and explaining concept recognition information;Clear purpose,intensive reading interpretation of the theme;Analyze logic and collaborate on mind mapping;Rational evaluation to test the quality of reasoning logic;Deep dialogue,role play questioning.For teachers to consider the particularity of the text and the actual needs of flexible selection,in order to improve the effect of speculative reading teaching popular science articles.Finally,on the basis of theoretical exploration,the author carries out the design and implementation of the dialectical reading teaching of "Animal Laugh",Unit 5 of the unified edition of junior high school Chinese textbook in Grade 7,and carries on the teaching reflection.This paper verifies the feasibility of the constructivism theory and the teaching strategy proposed under the guidance of the speculative reading theory in the teaching of speculative reading of popular science in junior middle school. |
