Research On The Adaptation Of Supply And Demand Of Sports Public Services In Rural Revitalization In Shandong Provinc

At the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,a precise study of the evolution law and development trend of China’s rural areas was conducted.This study made rural revitalization a national strategy and an important means to promote the development of agricultural and rural modernization.For a long time,due to constraints such as geographical location and resource allocation,rural sports undertakings in Shandong Province have not been well developed.However,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has brought new hope and opportunities for the development of rural sports public services.Shandong Province,being a large agricultural and rural province,has been facing the challenge of poor infrastructure,low-level,and slow development in sports undertakings.This has resulted in a prominent contradiction between the supply and demand of rural sports public services.These issues have hindered not only the pace of rural residents’ pursuit of a better life but also the process of national fitness construction.By investigating the real situation of supply and demand of rural sports public services in Shandong province,this study has sought to solve the dislocation problem between supply and demand.It analyzed the performance and incentive of the contradiction between supply and demand,and explored the effective path of supply and demand adaptation.This is conducive to comprehensively promoting rural sports public services,making the industry more dynamic and the village style more civilized.It is believed that a more prosperous life will lead to a more harmonious society,and a more livable and pleasant countryside will be built.By using the method of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this study investigated and analyzed the current supply and demand of sports public services in 6 provincial rural revitalization demonstration areas in Shandong Province.Among them,the supply side makes a comprehensive analysis based on villagers’ questionnaires,interviews with village cadres and field visits,the demand side makes an overall evaluation based on the charm quality theory and KANO model,and combines with the existing problems of supply and demand,and finally puts forward the path and guarantee of the supply and demand adaptation of sports public services for rural revitalization in Shandong Province.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The supply level of rural sports public service is low in Shandong Province.Through questionnaire survey and field investigation,it is found that the supply of rural sports public services in Shandong Province is basically equal to the minimum standards of national policies and regulations.After the concrete analysis of sports facilities,sports guidance services,physical monitoring services,sports organization development,sports information publicity,sports funds supply,it is believed that there is still a large gap between improving villagers’ living standards and helping rural revitalization.(2)The demand levels of rural sports public service in Shandong Province are increasingly diverse.According to the charm quality theory and the better-worse coefficient,the demands of rural sports public services in Shandong Province were divided into different levels,and the priorities of demands were obtained from the analysis: sports facilities,sports guidance services,sports organization development,sports events,physical monitoring services and sports information publicity.(3)Combining supply and demand,this paper summarizes the problems of the mismatch between supply and demand of rural sports public services in Shandong Province,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: first,the mismatch between supply and demand of sports facilities and layout management;Secondly,the supply and demand mismatch between sports guidance service and talent team;Third,the mismatch between physical monitoring services and social benefits;Fourth,the mismatch between the supply and demand of sports events and the development subjects;Fifth,the mismatch between supply and demand of sports information propaganda and transmission mechanism.(4)In order to realize the adaptation of rural sports public service in Shandong Province and assume the social responsibility of sports helping rural revitalization,according to the objectives and principles of the adaptation of supply and demand,six ways and four guarantees are put forward: to improve the rural sports public service system and improve the governance level;Pay attention to the sports needs of rural residents,improve the sports facilities;Training sports and fitness guidance talents,upgrading sports guidance services;Increase the number of physical fitness monitoring sites for rural residents to improve health monitoring services;Encourage rural residents to participate in sports organizations and guide the development of sports activities;Broaden the way of publicity and enrich the content of sports information supply.It is believed that the sustainable operation of supply and demand adaptation path of rural vitalization sports public service in Shandong Province should be supported from four aspects: policy guarantee,organizational guarantee,financial guarantee and information guarantee.
