Research On Supply And Demand Of Public Sports Service And Management Path In Guilin Sports Park

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee made a scientific conclusion that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and proposed that in order to build a higher level of public sports service system for national fitness and the construction of a powerful sports country,the strategic springboard of healthy China and national fitness will be used to promote the construction of sports parks,national fitness centers,outdoor sports venues and other facilities.In our mass sports development process has the epoch-making significance.Promoting the construction of sports parks,national fitness centers and outdoor sports venues is of epoch-making significance in the development of mass sports in China.Based on the analysis and summary of the general environment for the development of public sports service in sports parks,the development trend and evolution trend of public sports service in sports parks are analyzed and concluded that although initial results have been achieved in the construction of public sports service in sports parks,the overall development level is not high,the structure is not excellent,and the construction of many sports venues,sports parks and other facilities is difficult to meet the sports needs of residents.Its internal public services also have a mismatch with the daily needs of residents.This study takes the current situation of supply and demand of public sports services in Guilin Sports Park as the research object,Olympic Sports Park,Wenwu Sports Park,Lianhua Town Ecological Sports Park and Cuifeng Mountain Ecological Sports Park as the research object,and adopts the research methods of interview,field investigation,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.After an in-depth analysis of the supply situation,satisfaction survey and residents’ demand for sports,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The sports parks in Guilin are abundant in quantity and complete in variety,but their spatial distribution and population distribution are not reasonable;In some areas,the population is large,but the number of sports parks is small,the grade is low,and the sports demand of residents is difficult to achieve.2.The supply of public sports services in Guilin Sports Park is dominated by the government’s financial expenditure.Even if some sports parks are funded by enterprises themselves,the government is still the leader of the supply.Therefore,on the whole,the public sports service in sports parks presents the characteristics of a relatively single supply form and supply subject.3.According to the supply status and satisfaction evaluation of public sports services in Guilin Sports Park,with the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and national fitness,the construction of public sports services in Guilin Sports Park has achieved considerable achievements,but the overall development of public sports services presents a "Matthew effect".It is manifested in the public sports service in the sports park between different counties,the public sports service in the different sports park between the same county,and the public sports service in the same sports park.4.According to the current supply situation,satisfaction survey and demand analysis of residents,it can be seen that: at the supply end,sports venue service > sports organization service > sports information service > sports event service > physical fitness monitoring service > sports guidance service;On the demand side,sports venue service >sports guidance service > physical fitness monitoring service > sports event service >sports organization service > sports information service;The public sports service in sports parks is unbalance between supply and demand and insufficient effective supply.In view of the realistic predicament of public sports service in Guilin sports Park,the corresponding governance strategies are put forward: first,continuously improve the top-level design,coordinate the regional development;Secondly,we should reasonably introduce multiple subjects to share the financial supply pressure.Third,appropriate control of construction scale,implement service standards;Fourth,we need to establish a demand-oriented mechanism to ensure accurate alignment between supply and demand.
