A hundred years plan,education based.Teachers are the foundation of education.Finding out the main problems in the work and life of teachers,and then looking for a breakthrough point for promoting the survival and development of teachers,and promoting the overall improvement of the quality of teachers is an important task for the development of high quality of education in our country and a period of time in the future,as well as the key and basis for the development of high quality of national education.Primary school is the "jointing and booting period" of life,which needs careful guidance and cultivation.The quality of life of primary school physical education teachers is not only directly related to their own survival and development quality,but also related to the quality of primary school physical education teachers,as well as the overall level of school physical development.Cares about the problems of physical education teachers in primary school in the material life,mental situation,the space for development,to explore the important way of survival and development of physical education teachers in primary school,it is the premise and foundation of the school physical education of our country to further deepen the reform and healthy development.Shandong Province is a big province of education and physical education.The living condition of primary school physical education teachers is related to the quality of primary school physical education,and even affects the reform of education and physical education in the whole province and even the whole country.In view of this,this study uses literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,participatory observation,mathematical statistics and other methods to investigate and study the survival state of primary school physical education teachers in Shandong Province,and find out the main problems and influencing factors existing in the survival of primary school physical education teachers in Shandong Province.And put forward the primary school physical education teachers living state development and improvement strategy,in order to play a better role in the primary school physical education teachers better development to provide reference.The results are as follows:(1)In terms of material survival,there is no great difference in material life among primary school PE teachers of different genders and types,but there are great differences in different teaching years,academic qualifications and professional titles.In particular,those with a bachelor’s degree and working experience of less than 1year and 5-10 years,and those with junior professional titles and no professional titles are the worst.(2)The physical education teachers in primary schools in Shandong Province have a good overall evaluation of spiritual survival,but the overall work pressure is greater,showing that the physical education teachers in rural areas,men,undergraduates,older teachers and primary titles are under greater pressure;The overall social status of primary school physical education teachers is not high.(3)Physical education teachers in primary schools in Shandong Province have a good overall evaluation on their professional development,but they have a strong desire for salary increase and further education opportunities.Different types of schools reflect that physical education teachers in urban primary schools are better than those in rural areas in terms of knowledge,skills and concept renewal,and they expect higher wages and opportunities for further study.Based on the above situation and problems,the main strategies for the development and improvement of primary school physical education teachers in Shandong Province are as follows:(1)In terms of material survival,the income level and welfare benefits of primary school physical education teachers should be improved through education,sports administrative departments,schools and society;(2)In the aspect of spiritual survival,we should change the inherent ideas of the government,society and schools on primary school physical education teachers,and build a psychological counseling platform for primary school physical education teachers in science major.(3)In the aspect of professional development of primary school PE teachers,this paper puts forward some ways to improve the evaluation and employment system of primary school PE teachers’ professional titles,and to improve the teaching practice ability by improving the continuing education of PE teachers in winter and summer vacations,improving the accuracy of teacher training and the fairness of personnel selection,and increasing special primary school PE teachers’ competitions.
