| Teachers' post-service education is a key part of my country's teacher education system.It is a powerful guarantee for teachers' sustainable development and an effective way to improve professional standards.Exploring the construction of an after-service education system that promotes the professional development of physical education teachers is of great significance for the cultivation of high-quality physical education teachers in the new era.This paper uses literature,questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate the current status of post-vocational education for physical education teachers in Zhengzhou's undergraduate universitiess and universities,and draws the following conclusions:1.The ratio of male and female physical education teachers in Zhengzhou's undergraduate universitiess and universities tends to be balanced;the age structure is younger;the professional title structure is good;and the academic structure is stable.2.The post-employment education methods of PE teachers in undergraduate universitiess in Zhengzhou are mainly full-time on-the-job;different teachers and post teachers have different knowledge and needs for post-vocational education,but there are also physical teachers' understanding of the driving factors for participating in post-service education,Professional literacy improves the consistency of cognition of appeals.3.Teachers' needs for post-service education are diversified.Physical education teachers have a high degree of recognition of the party's basic line,principles and policies,and there is a strong urgency to improve the professional quality,teaching,scientific research and training of physical education teachers.4.The post-employment education of sports teachers in Zhengzhou's undergraduate universitiess has achieved certain results,but there are still deficiencies: lack of financial support;the content of post-employment education courses is not practical;the training effect and assessment form are single;Pre-employment and post-employment education are not well connected.5.Solution and realization path: The education administrative department should increase capital investment and unified management;training institutions should carry out targeted research on post-employment education,develop school-based courses and implement school-based training,solve "work-studycontradictions",and increase security mechanism.Make the following suggestions:1.In the selection of course content,in-service schools and training institutions should pay attention to the actual needs of teachers with different titles,set up a diversified education and training curriculum system based on actual conditions,and adopt unrestricted and lecture forms to meet the professional development of physical education teachers at different levels.demand.2.Develop remote network training for post-employment education,and create APP software for post-employment education of undergraduate universities PE teachers.Pay attention to teachers' right to post-employment education,coordinate and resolve contradictions in engineering.3.In-service schools and training institutions should establish a scientific post-service education system and create an objective and comprehensive assessment method that combines attendance,teaching ability,professional knowledge application ability,and scientific research ability.4.The administrative department of education can increase the support for teachers' post-service education,the school leaders who take the post should pay more attention to it,increase the investment in post-service education funds,and establish special fund management for post-service education.Optimize the assessment and evaluation system and related policies,and mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in post-service education.5.The education administrative department should fundamentally solve the problem of inadequate pre-and post-employment education,break the system barriers,integrate higher education resources,and integrate the post-employment education of teachers into the higher education system. |
