Happiness is the eternal pursuit of human beings,and teachers’ happiness is an inexhaustible driving force for the development of education in China.Teachers’ professional happiness is a continuous experience of pleasure in the process of gradual realization of selfworth and life goals under the premise that their own needs are moderately satisfied.Paying attention to teachers’ professional happiness has an important impact on their own work status and quality of life,and can not only enhance teachers’ own awareness of pursuing the quality of life,but also have an important guiding role in students’ physical education learning,healthy growth and happy life.As a special group of teachers,elementary school physical education teachers bear the heavy responsibility of teaching physical education in remote areas.Exploring the professional well-being of elementary school PE special teachers is important to improve teachers’ work motivation,promote the stability of the PE special teachers’ team and enhance the level of PE teaching and teachers’ quality of life.This study uses ERG theory and goal theory as the theoretical basis,literature,questionnaires and interviews to investigate the overall situation of professional well-being of elementary school physical education teachers in Hebei Province,and AMOS software to construct an eight-factor model of professional well-being of elementary school physical education teachers on special assignment,and through model testing and path analysis,to investigate the factors affecting the professional well-being of elementary school physical education teachers on special assignment in Hebei Province,according to the factors The model was tested and analyzed to investigate the factors affecting the professional well-being of primary school physical education teachers in Hebei Province,and to propose a path to improve the professional well-being of elementary school physical education teachers.The findings of the study are as follows.(1)The overall level of professional happiness of elementary school physical education special post teachers in Hebei Province is moderately high.(2)There are significant differences in the professional well-being of elementary school PE teachers in Hebei Province in terms of gender,education,job title,marital status,monthly income,teaching subjects,geographic location of the school,and whether the teaching school is in the same urban area as the family’s place of residence.(3)The factors influencing the professional well-being of elementary school physical education teachers in Hebei province included eight factors: life health,career development,work environment,self-fulfillment,salary and benefits,interpersonal relationships,social support,and organizational identity.These eight factors all have a significant positive effect on the professional well-being of elementary school physical education teachers in Hebei Province.Among them,the health factor has the strongest influence on the professional happiness of elementary school PE teachers in Hebei Province,and is the primary factor affecting the professional happiness of elementary school PE teachers,and the other factors are career development,self-fulfillment,salary and benefits,interpersonal relationship,social support,and organizational identity in order.(4)In order to rank the factors influencing the professional happiness of elementary school physical education special post teachers,the path of improving the professional happiness of elementary school physical education special post teachers in Hebei Province was proposed in eight aspects: the primary concern is the need for life and health;then the priority is to protect the work environment;help career development;improve salary and welfare;create harmonious relationships;pay attention to self-fulfillment;improve social support;and enhance organizational identity to improve the professional happiness of elementary school physical education special post teachers.The happiness of primary school physical education teachers.
