On July 24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education,which clearly stipulated that comprehensive management should be carried out both inside and outside the school to promote the high-quality development of basic education.The policy of "double reduction" has lightened students’ academic burden and provided favorable conditions for the development of extracurricular sports activities.Education is not a matter for schools alone.It requires the extensive participation of society and families.The Interim Regulations for Primary Schools(Draft)promulgated in 1952 was the first official document to make special arrangements for home-school cooperation [1].Home-school cooperation has become an important issue that education circles have been concerned about and seeking solutions for a long time.Parents attach importance to and participate in school physical education.It is the trend of the development of school education that schools(teachers)and families(parents)form coordinated educational forces.Under the "double reduction" policy,primary schools in Qinhuangdao City have organized various extracurricular sports activities.On the one hand,they carry out various activities in the form of interest classes in school,on the other hand,they carry out activities in the form of sports homework outside school,aiming at giving full play to after-school sports activities,strengthening primary school students’ participation in sports,cultivating sports interests and habits,and enhancing students’ physical quality.Improve primary school students due to sedentary,online learning caused by obesity,myopia and other social problems.Therefore,through the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the support,communication and cooperation of primary school physical education teachers and students’ parents in students’ participation in extracurricular sports activities in Qinhuangdao City,and specifically studies the practical problems existing in extracurricular sports activities of students by physical education teachers,students and students’ parents.And then put forward the rationalization suggestions of both home and school,to promote the school cooperation of extracurricular sports activists under the "double reduction" policy to provide reference basis.Conclusion:(1)In terms of school rules and regulations,the school does not provide the way for parents to participate in sports interest classes and the rules and regulations are not perfect.(2)In terms of physical education teachers,the number of teachers supervising extracurricular sports activities is small,the workload is heavy,and the willingness to cooperate is low.(3)Parents have a weak sense of cooperation and pay little attention to and participate in school sports activities.(4)In terms of home-school cooperation,there are few ways for PE teachers and parents to communicate with each other,resulting in insufficient cooperation results.Suggestions:(1)Improve the rules and regulations of home-school cooperation and strengthen the daily management of home-school co-parenting.(2)Strengthen the publicity of school physical education concept,and promote both home and school to reach a consensus goal.(3)Improve the enthusiasm of home-school two-way communication and form a good home-school cooperation consensus.(4)Improve parents’ cooperation in extracurricular sports activities and improve the effect of home-school cooperation.
