| The supply side of talent fostering and the industry of the current our country demand side don't exactly match between supply and demand,in order to solve this problem,the central government in recent years are pointed out in the various important policy,the file to deepen the integration production and education in the field of vocational education,improve the level of the vocational colleges cultivate talents,so that the training of talents quality can be improved.In this paper,the choice of a secondary vocational school of Chengdu finance business class specialized research,through investigation and analysis of the current financial business class professional talent training present situation and existing problems,and put forward some thinking humble opinion,in order to secondary financial business integration professional education personnel training mode of research results.The research ideas of this paper are as follows: sorting out relevant domestic and foreign literature and materials,taking Marx's thought of combining labor education with education through labor,foster's theory of industrial and academic cooperation,Schneider's thought of cooperative education as the theoretical support,to find the significance of the topic;Then some domestic and foreign models are studied,including Germany's binary system,from which we can draw lessons.Then,taking finance and business major of a secondary vocational school in Chengdu as an example,combining the school's data,and through questionnaire survey,interview and observation,SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the data and discover the achievements and existing problems.Based on the investigation and data analysis,this paper finds out the existing problems in the training of financial and business professionals.In terms of industry and enterprises,the participation of industry associations and enterprises is not high.The school mainly needs to improve the curriculum system,teaching and management.The government is mainly concerned with the implementation of policies and the exchange of educational certificates and vocational certificates.Then put forward corresponding measures and Suggestions from the perspective of industry,enterprises,schools and government.The conclusions of this paper include that the industry should establish relevant associations,enterprises should change their ideas,and participate in the personnel training of vocational colleges and universities as stakeholders;School scientific curriculum system,break the traditional curriculum thinking,to work process-oriented implementation of professional modular teaching,but also to deepen the school's management reform,improve the ability of governance,the implementation of various work;The government should implement the policy and strengthen the legislation to promote the integration of industry and education. |
