Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Talent Training In Hubei Vocational Colleges From The Perspective Of Integration Of Production And Education

With the industrial transformation and upgrading in China,high-quality skilled talents have become the just need for the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry,and also the talent training direction of higher vocational education.The Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China revised on April 20,2022 clearly states that vocational education should focus on the integration of production and education,and deepen cooperation in the establishment of vocational education groups,order training and other aspects.At the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping made another important instruction,emphasizing the need to coordinate the collaborative innovation of vocational education,higher education and continuing education,promote the integration of vocational education,industry and education,science and education,and optimize the positioning of vocational education types.Therefore,the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents through the integration of industry and education is not only an effective means to promote the high-quality development of China’s higher vocational education,but also an effective way to relieve the pressure of social employment,solve the contradiction between talent and industry supply and demand,and promote the transformation and upgrading of local industries.Hubei Province is a big province of education and high-end equipment manufacturing industry.It is a reliable guarantee for Hubei Province to build an important national advanced manufacturing base and an important strategic fulcrum for the rise of the central region to strengthen the cultivation of talents integrating production and education in higher vocational colleges and promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education.However,due to the offside and absence of the government,colleges,enterprises and industries in the talent training of industry education integration,the industry education integration of vocational colleges in Hubei Province is not deep,and there is still a gap between the quality of talent training and the industrial demand.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the deep integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges by giving play to the main functions of industry and education integration.Based on the triple helix theory and collaborative innovation theory,through investigation and research,this paper finds that the overall employment situation of vocational college graduates in Hubei Province is good in the integration of industry and education talent training,but there are also problems such as low employment rate in Hubei Province,gap between professional supply and industrial demand.In contrast,Wuhan Railway Vocational College of Technology,as one of the four national demonstrative higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province,has a certain reference role in the talent training of higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province,relying on its mature talent training model of integration of production and education.Therefore,this paper takes this university as a case to explore the difficulties and reasons of talent cultivation in Hubei vocational colleges.Through the research,it is found that the lack of self construction of each subject of the integration of industry and education and the lack of coordination and linkage and other factors lead to the lack of government support,the imperfect school talent training system,the low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate,the lack of industry guidance and other dilemmas in the talent training of the integration of industry and education in the province.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening policy support,improving the talent training system of schools,strengthening the main responsibility of enterprises,and improving the position of industry guidance services,to provide theoretical and practical support for promoting the talent training of industry education integration in vocational colleges in Hubei Province.
