| In the Centennial Plan,education is the foundation.With the development of society,the state pays more attention to education,the role of education in national construction and social development is deepening,and the cultivation of highly educated educational talents is becoming more and more important.Among them,postgraduate education,as the highest level of education in the education system,is the main way to cultivate academic innovative talents.Research-oriented postgraduates aim at cultivating academic research talents,so their academic aspiration and interest have a great influence on the cultivation of academic talents.However,the current research mostly focuses on the academic aspiration and interests of undergraduates and doctoral students,and there are few researches aimed at postgraduates.The subjects of research are mostly students of science and engineering,and there are few researches aimed at students of pedagogy.In addition,the research on academic aspiration and interest is mostly concentrated in key universities,ignoring the group of postgraduates in local universities.Therefore,this research takes the postgraduates of pedagogy in local universities as the research object,and uses qualitative research methods to explore their academic aspiration and interests.Secondly,based on the existing research and definitions of academic aspiration and interests,a semi-open interview outline was drawn up,and 16 pedagogical academic graduate students were interviewed.Finally,the interview materials are coded with Nvivo12 software,and the grounded theory of research-oriented postgraduate of pedagogy in local universities is formed.Through grounded theory,this research analyzes the influencing factors and the path of action of the academic aspiration and interests of the research-oriented postgraduates of pedagogy in local universities.The research shows that the academic aspiration and interest of research-oriented postgraduates in pedagogy in local universities is generally low,which is mainly influenced by individual characteristics,external environment,the supervisor-postgraduate relationship,peer group and academic motivation.At the same time,the research found the path of influence factors of academic aspiration and interest,that is,individual characteristics can affect the academic motivation of students,and academic motivation not only directly affects the academic aspiration and interest of students,but also interacts with the external environment to affect the academic output of students,and then again affect the students’ academic interests.And academic aspiration and interests and academic output are both subjective and objective factors that influence students’ future academic planning.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the academic interests of pedagogy postgraduates in local universities,this research explores the problems that cause the academic aspiration and interests of pedagogy postgraduates,and finds that the main problems are the student source dilemma,the development dilemma of educational discipline itself and the academic dilemma of educational discipline in local universities.Finally,on this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the discipline development and postgraduate training of pedagogy in local colleges and universities. |
