In order to adapt to the current national demand for innovative talents, in China,universities started to focus on the training mode of innovative talents. The "2011 plan", "The policy of excellent engineers education training plan" and other programs, can be seen to enhance the training for high level talents of the country to the national strategic position. In order to make the high level talents to better service for local, universities began to seek through "cooperative education" ways of production scientific teaching and research, abandons the traditional single teaching mode and accepting mode, make up the gap between knowledge and Practice results, integrate with the market demand and application achievements into productivity, form independent intellectual property rights of technology innovation, and provide conditions to cultivate high-level innovative talents. With the changes of environment, the transformation of economic system, the popularization of higher education, increasing number of graduate students is, and the complexity of graduate demands, training local university students are facing opportunities and challenges. In the new period, how to eliminate the obstacles in the course of cultivating graduate students with "cooperative education of production teaching and research", how to grasp the relationship between the main links and how to operate reasonably and effectively and other issues,all of them will become urgent problems to be solved.Based on the above background, in this paper, I have been reviewed relevant literature, first of all, research on the background and significance of the research on the combination of production teaching, and define the relevant concepts. Secondly, using the innovation theory, the three helix structure theory and resource dependence theory make a theoretical analysis of the feasibility study. In addition, research the successful experience of developed countries, such as the United States, Britain, Japan and other developed countries, hope to provide reference to cultivate of graduate students. This paper selects the X University as an example, further explore the research of the cooperation education of graduates activities, and summarize its experiences, such as clear training objectives, take the advantages of professional characteristics, establish coordination mechanism, attach importance to teachers team construction and management, make the market oriented curriculum theory system and so on. Finally,according to the characteristics of local colleges and universities in China, should puts forward specific measures for cooperation education of graduate students of local universities from different levels, such as the government, college, enterprise, and operation mechanism. |
