| With globalization becoming the trend,competition in education among countries is becoming increasingly fierce.The essence of technological and educational competition between countries is the competition for talent innovation capabilities.Academic interests,as the foundation for cultivating top-notch innovative talents and the driving force for promoting academic innovation among graduate students in the new era,can connect individual learning processes with educational outcomes,and their development and changes will drive changes in students’ learning quality and innovation ability.Meanwhile,as the backbone of talent cultivation in China,academic master’s students’ academic interests have become a key focus of attention in the academic community.Therefore,paying attention to the stimulation and cultivation of graduate students’ academic interests and effectively motivating them to focus on academia from the source is of great significance for cultivating academic innovation talents,improving the quality of talent cultivation,and promoting the construction and high-quality development of world-class disciplines.This research takes the academic interest of academic postgraduates as the research object.On the basis of combing and analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this research constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of academic interest by using the ternary interaction theory and self-efficacy theory for reference,to provide theoretical guidance for subsequent empirical research.At the same time,methods such as questionnaire survey,semi-structured interviews,and statistical analysis were used to investigate the academic interests and influencing factors of academic master’s students.In terms of questionnaire survey,by designing and distributing survey questionnaires,using factor analysis,correlation analysis,and linear regression statistical methods,combined with semi-structured interviews,the main factors that affect the academic interests of academic master’s students,as well as the direction and effort of these influencing factors,are explored to provide direction guidance for stimulating and cultivating the academic interests of academic postgraduates.Based on the authentic proof analysis,the research conclusions are as follows:First,the overall performance level of "academic interest" of academic master students is low,and it is urgent to strengthen the "academic contribution" and "academic ambition tendency";Second,there are significant differences in academic interests among academic master students from different backgrounds;Third,"academic investment" is the first factor that affects the academic interests of academic master students,but the depth of master students’ learning investment is slightly insufficient;Fourth,"academic self-efficacy" is an important factor affecting academic interests,and plays an intermediary role in the influencing factors of academic interests;Fifthly,the "academic environment" has a significant impact on the academic interests of academic master students.At present,the "academic environment" of colleges and universities still needs to be improved;Sixth,"mentor support" has a significant impact on academic interests of academic master students;Seventh,"peer influence" has a significant impact on academic interests,but peer interaction still needs to be strengthened.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward the following countermeasures: First,pay attention to the improvement of their academic ability and be the initiative in learning;Second,give full play to the guidance role of tutors to help academic master students develop their academic interests;Third,enhance academic self-efficacy and improve the level of academic interest;Fourth,give full play to peer effect and create a strong academic atmosphere;Fifth,improve the academic management system and provide environmental support for academic research. |
