Application Of Social Work In Improving Family Resilience Of Patients With Mental Disorder

With the rapid development of social economy,the pressure of modern people’s life is getting bigger and bigger,which brings with it the double pressure of psychology and spirit,which leads to the increase of the incidence of psychological and mental diseases.Therefore,under such background and pressure,the number of patients with mental disorders is rising,and the reasons for their morbidity emerge endlessly.Although the national social support in patients with mental disorders have increased,but for this kind of group to provide professional services for prevention and control of the number is not enough,based on the national insufficient manpower and material resources,financial resources and other reasons,the current for the prevention of mental disorders or give priority to with family care,at the same time because of mental illness has many characteristics,such as difficult to cure,over and over again,this means that families of people with mental disorders need to take care of them for a long time.Under the long-term care work undertaken by family caregivers of patients with mental disorders,they often face great physical and psychological pressure,from this perspective,the family resilience of patients with mental disorders is low.Due to the lack of academic research on the family resilience of patients with mental disorders in China,it is important to study the source of stress in the family resilience of patients with mental disorders and propose the path to improve the family resilience to deal with the problems of patients with mental disorders in the future.Therefore,it is urgent for social work to intervene in the study and exploration of family resilience of patients with mental disorders.Therefore,this paper takes the families of patients with mental disorders undergoing community rehabilitation in the city as the case study object,takes the theory of family resilience as the important support,case study method,in-depth interview method and participation observation method were used as research methods,and takes the case work method in social work as the means.Help vulnerable families with mental disorders to improve family resilience.Among them,the specific intervention,in the perspective of family art force theory,namely,from family belief system,family organization pattern in patients with mental disorders,family communication process three aspects analysis family art force of the problems,causes and countermeasures,in order to help restore the family function,improve the family relationship,family resources mining,enhance family internal and external cohesion,enables it to resist external risk,realize self-sustainable development.At the same time,on the basis of this study,the experience and shortcomings of this study are summarized,and the localized application of family resilience theory in the field of mental health in China is mainly reflected,so as to promote the progress and development of social work practice.
