High school students are in adolescence.Influenced by the complex psychology of adolescence and various internal and external factors such as surrounding social environment,high school students who are under learning pressure for a long time are prone to weariness due to influenced by various factors.In recent years,the number of applicants for the national college entrance examination has continued to increase,increasing the number of students and under great pressure.In high school,it is easy to be seduced by the outside world,and faced with the dilemma of vent negative emotions and difficult to relieve.Under the influence of long-term pressure and various environments,high school students thus skip classes or even drop out,distraction,slow thinking reaction,lack of learning initiative,addicted to video games and other weariness behaviors.As a key stage for students ’growth,high school is urgent to solve the weariness of current high school students,which deserves more people’s attention and research.Based on the questionnaire and semi-structured interview of Q Middle School in H Province,it is found that middle school students have bad habits such as indulging in games,inattention in class,reading books,unable to finish homework,fighting and playing truant on time,and form long-time weariness.According to the causes of weariness,the research found that high school students mainly include in the lack of family education,lack of interest in learning,wrong cognition of learning,lack of internal motivation for learning,the influence of bad social atmosphere,single teaching methods,etc.The weariness behavior of the service object in this study stems from sudden family accidents,bad groups and long-term oppression.The specific reason lies in the inferiority of the service object affected by the family environment.Facing the family reality,escape reality,low sense of achievement in learning,lack of learning interest,learning pressure and inability to change the status quo.The differences of peer groups influence the behavioral choice of service objects.The service objects have problems such as no clear learning objectives,unclear learning motivation,and lack of internal learning motivation.Therefore,in the process of this study,the energy enhancement theory is adopted to respect the personal wishes of the service objects,jointly formulate service plans,closely listen to the needs of the service objects and encourage the service objects to improve their confidence.Guide the service object to recognize the current situation,and encourage them to slowly accept the reality of the family.The game-style learning method is adopted to stimulate the learning interest of the service objects.At the same time,the social learning theory and the model demonstration method are used to promote the service objects to have clear learning objectives and improve the internal motivation of learning.Guide the ability of the service objects to deal with the problems by themselves,so as to improve the sustainable development ability of the service objects after the case closure.
