Under the influence of the development of social transformation and the expansion of college enrollment,the problem of students' weariness of college students in our country is becoming more and more prominent,according to the survey of relevant scholars,more than 80% of college students have had truancy experience.Combined with the literature and the author's interview investigation,the main reasons for college students' weariness of learning are the lack of individual learning initiative and poor self-control,in the process of learning,passively accepting the teacher's teaching of knowledge,without actively absorbing the process,it is impossible to produce the pleasure of knowledge acquisition,the influence of early education of the family and the realistic problems.The influence of the social atmosphere and the temptation of the network.The author uses social working methods to intervene in college students' anorexia problem,using cognitive behavior theory,self-efficacy theory,etc.,to take six college students who produce tired behavior as the object,and on the basis of analyzing the reasons for their tiredness behavior,the author uses the individual cases of social work and the group method to intervene to solve their tiredness problem.On the basis of the analysis of practical experience,sum up the methods to stimulate college students' learning initiative and effectively solve the problem of college students' boring study behavior.According to practical research,first of all,the social working method is effective in solving the problem of college students' tiredness,but only to light and moderate college students,the group method is very effective in solving the problem of mild college students' tiredness;At the same time,we should strengthen ideological and political education,integrate social work into the scope of students' ideological and political work,solve the problem of college students' tiredness of learning by professional methods,and finally,workers as a society should constantly improve their comprehensive quality,improve their ability to solve practical problems by professional methods,and speed up the process of localization of social work.
