In the current context of rapid social development, social changes are constantly emerging, which involve various aspects of people, including marriage concepts. The traditional family structure has been greatly impacted in this transformation. In recent years,China’s divorce demography has remained at around 3‰.The increase in the divorce demography is one of the main reasons for the increase in the number of single parent families. With the continuous increase in the number of single parent families, the problems faced by teenagers from single parent families in their growth process are gradually becoming apparent.Among these issues, the issue of academic weariness is particularly prominent. This not only has a negative impact on individual growth and development, but also relates to the development of the country and social stability. This study selects Y students from X Middle School as the research object, using cognitive behavior theory as the theoretical framework, and using case work methods to intervene in their aversion to learning,in order to promote their better growth and development. In addition, this theory emphasizes the autonomy of service recipients and focuses on problem-solving,which can enable researchers to better assist Y in solving learning aversion problems during the intervention process.During the case service process, this study conducted an in-depth investigation and analysis of the study subjects’ aversion to learning using interview and participatory observation methods. The results indicate that the study subjects’ aversion to learning mainly involves three aspects:cognition, emotion, and behavior. In addition, the main reasons for their weariness include the inner suspicion of the learning effect, the alienation between classmates, the rigid relationship between teachers and students, and the disharmony of the family environment caused by the lack of family structure.Based on the analysis of Y’s aversion to learning and its causes, the researchers adopted a cognitive behavioral therapy model to intervene in the study subjects’ aversion to learning from three aspects: self, school, and family. On their own, researchers correct their erroneous cognitive and learning aversion behaviors through case interviews and developing learning plans. In terms of schools, researchers reconcile the relationship between Y and teachers and classmates, correct their biases towards teachers and classmates, and give them the right to freely choose interest groups to eliminate their learning resistance. In terms of family, promoting mutual understanding among family members through role exchange and holding family meetings,in order to form the correct way of family education. And through correcting Y’s wrong family concept,we can guide them to correctly look at the lack of family structure.Through the intervention of researchers, adolescent Y successfully corrected their misconceptions about learning, developed good learning habits, and eased the teacherstudent relationship. In addition, the family has also received high-quality education programs. The research results indicate that using cognitive behavioral theory and case study methods to intervene in the problem of academic aversion among adolescents from single parent families has a significant solution effect. |
