With the increasing academic pressure of students in the stage of basic education in China,social workers in China have gradually focused on the problem of students’ learning weariness in the field of youth learning.In the context of the epidemic,the regular learning and living habits of teenagers are impacted.Due to the small age of primary school students,their emotions and mentality are easily affected by the surrounding environment,so they are easy to have wrong cognitive concepts about learning,leading to the generation of weariness.With case work as the intervention method,this study takes two primary school students living in J community of Jianghan District,Wuhan City as the research object,and carries out a practical research on the theme of "how to improve primary school wearishness by case work method".In the early stage of the interview and investigation in the process of social workers use questionnaire distributed disgusted with pressure gauge,a survey of J lives of the students learning community,select two of the weariness relatively serious pupils as a director of this case work,and analyzes the two director causes of weariness and its requirements.The main cause of the subject’s weariness is the lack of confidence in his own learning ability and the lack of academic achievement.Therefore,the subject’s need is to establish a sense of academic achievement in the study of the subjects he is not good at.The source of little C’s weariness is the lack of interest and motivation in learning Chinese subject,and the demand of little C is to improve his own interest and motivation in learning Chinese subject.According to the causes of the problems and the assessment of the needs,and under the premise of respecting the principle of self-determination of the clients,the intervention objectives and schemes were designed for the two clients respectively.The core goal of the intervention work of the client’s little L weariness is to improve the academic achievement of the client,thereby reducing his weariness tendency and treating weariness.Social workers use cognitive behavior theory to design a program to treat the client’s weariness.The program is divided into three stages and six sessions.Social workers use the intervention mode of casework social work,and choose the interview method as a working method to intervene in social work.Social workers mainly through interviews with the subject,the subject’s mother and the head teacher of the subject’s class,focusing on the link between the subject and social workers’ personal resources,to help the subject find suitable learning strategies and methods,and at the same time to help the subject get emotional support from people around him to help the subject improve his weariness.The core goal of the intervention work of the client’s little C’s weariness is to balance the client’s learning and entertainment life,so that it can form a correct cognitive concept of learning,thus reducing its weariness tendency and treating weariness.Using attribution theory,social workers designed interventions that were also divided into three sessions of six sessions.In the actual process of intervention,social workers in the process of intervention to guide the client to improve learning interest and learning motivation,trigger the client’s family to the family doting education thinking and adjustment,help the client to create a harmonious and healthy growth environment,so as to improve the client’s weariness.The research shows that: First,the individual intervention program designed in this study has achieved a good therapeutic effect in solving the problem of pupils’ weariness;Second,when primary school students act as the subject,the case work intervention mode with the subject as the main and the family as the auxiliary has a good effect,which is feasible and applicable.Third,the emotional support from the family has a positive impact on improving pupils’ weariness.
