| With the popularization of higher education,China’s higher education has achieved rapid development,and the number of graduate students has reached a new high.However,with the increase and expansion of the scale of graduate education in China,various contradictions and imbalances have come one after another,such as the supply of higher education resources is difficult to meet the needs of education,the number of students and tutors seriously does not match,etc.these problems make a big difference between the ideal of graduate higher education and the actual development of graduate education,This directly leads to the lack of learning motivation,the loss of confidence in learning,and different degrees of weariness.This paper chooses the postgraduate students of X university in Shaanxi Province as the object of investigation,through the questionnaire,filling in the Self-evaluation Scale of weariness,to understand the learning and psychological status of the X university graduate students,to master the status and degree of the graduate students’ group weariness in Shaanxi Province,and to analyze the causes of the students’ weariness.Through the overall analysis of the questionnaire and the sorting and classification of data,the thesis divides the students’ weariness into four aspects: classroom performance,after class behavior,face examination and learning attitude.Based on the questionnaire,this paper summarizes the reasons for the students’ anorexia in four aspects.The negative effects from the individual level mainly show that the graduate students are not suitable for the curriculum and pay less attention to it;The ability of autonomous learning is weak and the attitude of learning is negative;Lack of interest in the major and lack of motivation.The reasons of family level are mainly reflected in the influence of "autocratic" family atmosphere,and the lack of emotional support from the family.At school level,lack of attention and correct guidance to students’ anorexia,alienation of teachers and students,and tension of interpersonal relationship may lead to the generation of weariness.With the increasing number of graduate students,the employment pressure increases,and the development of Internet makes some irrational concepts such as "useless reading" spread in graduate students’ groups are all from the social level.Under the background of clarifying the current situation and causes of study weariness of graduate students in X university in Shaanxi Province,this paper takes a graduate student with severe study weariness as a case,explores the causes of study weariness through in-depth interview,determines the problem of the case owner,clarifies the needs of the case owner,and jointly formulates the goal scheme with the case owner,and uses the advantage perspective,empowerment theory,power enhancement theory,etc Cognitive behavioral therapy and other professional methods are involved in the case work of the client in stages:from solving the special needs of the client,changing the unreasonable cognition,stimulating the interest in learning,alleviating the anxiety of the test,to achieve the initial stage goal;In order to solve the problems in the middle stage,we should cultivate the awareness and ability of autonomous learning,provide family emotional support,and reconstruct the school level support system,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of getting rid of the students’ weariness.Starting from the application of professional methods and the achievement of stage goals,this paper evaluates the case work,summarizes the results,and tries to put forward reasonable suggestions from the four aspects of individuals,families,schools and social workers to alleviate the graduate students’ weariness. |
