Minors are the hope of the country’s future.However,with the continuous development of society,the problem of juvenile delinquency has become prominent.Because the juveniles have not yet matured their minds and have not formed a correct cognitive concept,coupled with the influence of the external adverse environment and peer groups,they are prone to committing crimes against the law..In recent years,the number of juvenile crimes has rebounded,and the crime situation is relatively severe.Therefore,the state pays great attention to the problem of juvenile crimes.This article takes the opportunity of internship at H social work agency,the author takes the internship as an opportunity to conduct interviews and observations on the minors involved in crimes,and finds that the minors involved in crimes have weak social support such as lack of personal ability and insufficient family support.Based on these issues,social workers analyze the causes and actual needs of the crime-related minors from the perspective of social support,supplement the theory of empowerment,and provide casework services for the criminally-related minors.The social support network is restructured and enhanced.Through the development of casework,on the one hand,it provides professional casework services for minors involved in crimes,strengthens the social support network of the service recipients,enhances their personal abilities and family support,and makes it easier for them to obtain informal services such as families,communities and peer groups.On the other hand,in the practical process,through the family parenting education and the development of social volunteer service activities,the service objects can be guided to have a correct understanding of themselves,their families and the society during the period of help and education,and finally the end of the help and education goes smoothly.reintegrate into society.
