At present,the floating population has become an important part of the urban resident population in China,and the proportion of the floating juvenile involved in crime in the urban juvenile involved in crime is also increasing year by year.Due to their "mobile" status,they are more likely to be marginalized in the new environment than local registered juveniles involved in crimes.They are also significantly less economically and emotionally supported,and more difficult to integrate into the community,which directly leads to their lower sense of community belonging.In this paper,methods such as field observation and case interview were used to collect relevant data and materials,and an overall assessment was made on the problems existing in the mobile delinquent-related minors in this community and the needs for community integration.Mobile families are mainly rented,so they are not closely connected with the community.Most of the mobile minors dare not or do not contact and communicate with community organizations,neighbors and peer groups,and are unwilling to participate in community activities.In addition,the flow involved crime minors as flow group of special groups,they have to get less social support,network support,low community acceptance of recognition and lack of community education and supervision etc,combined with community residents indifferent attitude,exclusion,bias flow more intensified involved crime minors into the difficulty of the community.Community is the most direct and basic social environment for the life of floating juveniles involved in crime.The quality of community integration directly affects the correction effect and the process of socialization.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen community integration.But judicial offices provide corrective project is relatively single,the flow for the particularity of crime minors less attention,lack of targeted and personalized correctional services,and social workers in this area can make use of its own advantages,build a multidimensional support system,give full play to the positive role,promote flow involved crime minors better integrated into the community,thus improve the correction effect.The author selects a typical case X of L community for service research.Under the guidance of social support theory and from different perspectives of instrumental support,social emotional support and information support,the author links resources and provides material and emotional support for the service objects,so as to strengthen their community integration and improve the correction effect.The implementation process of the whole project is as follows: First,during the contact period,a good professional relationship was established with the client and his family,and the objectives and plans of the case were jointly formulated;Secondly,in the start-up and implementation period,the client participates in various community activities according to the plan.Through various emotional and instrumental support,the client gradually integrates into the community and opens up himself.Finally,in the closing period,review the whole process,consolidate the results and manage the separation emotions properly.Finally,with the joint efforts of various parties,the social worker assistance achieved a complete success,which not only effectively improved the family relations of the service objects,enhanced their family and positive peer support,but also promoted the service objects to be better accepted by the community,thus enhancing the sense of self-efficacy and community belonging.After the evaluation and reflection of the service effect,the author draws a conclusion that the intervention of social work plays a positive role in helping the migrant juvenile involved in crime into the community. |
