Our country in March 2014 issued by the Ministry of education "on the comprehensive deepening of education reform,the implementation of the basic task of moral education" in the document,stressed the importance of the implementation of the basic task of moral education,deepen the reform of the curriculum.The research and development of students’ core quality system and academic quality standards as an important part of curriculum reform.Therefore,each subject should be based on the development of the core quality system of students,to further clarify the specific educational objectives and tasks of each section and each subject.Ideological and political discipline is an important part of middle school curriculum.the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline is the essential accomplishment for students’ lifelong development.how to improve the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline is the problem that all ideological and political educators should face together.However,under the influence of the traditional examination-oriented education concept,the cultivation of ideological and political core literacy is not satisfactory.Through the study of pedagogy and political science related theories,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the status of the cultivation of high school students’ ideological and political discipline core literacy,analyzes the shortcomings and needs to be improved in the cultivation of high school students’ ideological and political discipline core literacy,and puts forward some suggestions based on the experience of educational practice.Now the research ideas are briefly summarized,this essay is divided into five section:The part one is the introduction,including the background,the significance of the study,the current domestic and foreign ideological and political discipline core literacy training research status,literature review and research methods.The second part discusses the concept of the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline,its constituent elements,internal relations and characteristics.The third part is the analysis of the current status of the students’ ideological and political discipline core literacy.This part of the questionnaire and interviews with front-line teachers to explore the current status of ideological and political core literacy cultivation of highschool students,the questionnaire from five aspects: the core literacy cultivation process of related issues,political identity,rational spirit,rule of law consciousness and social participation to analyze the status of high school students’ ideological and political discipline core literacy cultivation,analysis of the main problems and their causes.The fourth part is the strategy of cultivating high school students’ core quality of ideological and political discipline.Based on the previous part of the theoretical and practical research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate high school students’ core quality of ideological and political discipline from the following aspects: renewing teachers’ education concept,exerting the three-party linkage effect,improving teaching methods,effectively integrating curriculum resources,optimizing evaluation methods,etc.The last part is the conclusion,which reflects and summarizes the article.
