With the continuous development of open innovation mode,product demand is increasingly personalized,complex and diversified,and collaborative design plays an increasingly important role in product innovation design.How to integrate the individual wisdom of design members to solve complex design tasks is the key to the success of collaborative design.According to cognitive psychology,Mental Models are the thinking mode for people to understand and interact with the surrounding world.In the field of Design,Mental Models have evolved to influence the Design cognitive activities of Design members and teams in the form of Design Mental Model(DMM).This paper focuses on the problem of difficult control of collaborative design process,uses mental model as a tool,and combines computer science and technology to study the theoretical system of mental structure of group collaborative design process and related methods,so as to realize the process control of group collaborative design.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Propose the mental framework of group collaborative design under the background of open innovation.This paper expounds the advantages of open innovation mode in product innovation design.The development mode of group collaborative design process is studied,and the model representation and mental structure system of group collaborative design process are established.(2)Proposed the individual design mental model construction method.Individual design mental model designers apply dynamic knowledge system and beliefs preference to design the systemic characterization of problem solving,combining with the mental models of individual design semantic tree modeling,using natural language processing technology to individual expression and quantitative design mental model,based on the consistency of individual mental model evaluation method is proposed.(3)Proposed the team shared design mental model construction method.Team shared design mental model is the knowledge structure and belief preference shared by all design individuals within the design team.This paper studies the construction method of team shared design mental model from four aspects of individual design mental model generation,clustering,evaluation and fusion.On the basis of previous research,the expression and quantification method of team shared design mental model is proposed.(4)Case verification.An earth pressure balance shield machine design team USES the research method of this article to solve the difficulties in the knife dish collaborative design of shield machine,the results show that the use of the individual design mental model and team Shared mental models were dominant design,can be aided design better communication and information sharing,automatic clustering can discern noise data,shorten the individual mental model design iterations.Finally,the fusion scheme with the highest satisfaction degree is obtained,which not only improves the efficiency and quality of collaborative design,but also realizes the process control of collaborative design. |
