Foot is one of the most important organs of the human body,and it is easy to be affected by the weight of the body and produce lesions and deformities.But the global compensatory phenomena of the human body make the perception of foot diseases obscure,after long-term accumulation,the whole body health will be damaged.Inconspicuous foot conditions can be diagnosed by collecting plantar pressure data and asking about the condition of the foot to protect the skeletal structure and muscular system.In this paper,a plantar pressure data acquisition and analysis system is developed.The plantar pressure data is collected by an array pressure sensor,and the data is received and analyzed by the master computer,which reduces the difficulty of measurement and improves the efficiency of diagnosis.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)The overall research scheme of the plantar pressure data acquisition and analysis system is proposed,and the system is divided into two modules:plantar pressure data acquisition module and plantar pressure data analysis module.The plantar pressure data acquisition module includes an array pressure sensor,a data acquisition card and a data transmission channel.The function of the plantar pressure data analysis module is realized by the master computer.The master computer obtains the pressure data through the data transmission channel,and uses the software of the master computer to realize the functions of data storage,data analysis,data visualization and intelligent diagnosis of the disease.(2)Build the plantar pressure data acquisition module.A data acquisition card which can collect the analog signals of the array pressure sensor is developed.The data acquisition card is composed of the peripheral circuit,the power circuit and the signal conditioning circuit of the STM32F103 microcontrolleris and is made by patch welding method.The data is transmitted to the master computer by the serial communication protocol of data acquisition program protocol.(3)Develop the plantar pressure data analysis module.Design the application software of the system,the software receives the pressure data collected by the plantar pressure acquisition module,and uses the database to store the data.Design the patient’s condition inquiry interface and the pressure data visualization interface,and train the BP neural network based on the patient’s medical data information.The intelligent diagnosis model realizes the preliminary diagnosis of the condition,provides reference for doctors to make further diagnosis,and improves the detection efficiency. |
