Pressure is one of the important parameters in daily life,industrial production and basic research.The measurement and monitoring of pressure is widely used in many fields,such as pneumatic,hydraulic,automotive,medical,meteorology and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a set of digital pressure measurement and monitoring system to promote the development of automation technology and improve the performance of the equipment.In this paper,the digital pressure measurement and monitoring system is composed of two parts,pressure collector and monitoring software.On the design of hardware circuits,STM32F103 is selected as the core chip of pressure collector,which cooperates with display circuit,pressure acquisition circuit,key circuit,communication circuit and power supply circuit to acquire and transmit the pressure data.The display circuit and the key circuit provide the nteractive function with users.The communication circuit is responsible for the communication between pressure collector and monitoring software.The power supply circuit provides electric energy for main chip,display circuit,pressure acquisition circuit and so on.On the design of embedded software,we transplant the ?C/OS-II operating system and the ?C/GUI graphic system in the pressure collector,and we write multiple tasks and some user interactive interfaces.We create pressure collection task,display task,serial communication task and key input task in the ?C/OS-II operating.We use the ?C/GUI graphic system to design the main interface,time setting interface,serial port setting interface and parameter setting interface.Through the design and debugging of the hardware and software,the pressure collector can constantly collect,display and transmit the pressure data.The monitoring software has the functions of data receiving,user management,data display,storage,monitoring and inspection,thus realizes the further processing of pressure data sent by the pressure collector.The storage,view and modification of the pressure data need to operate the database frequently,thus may lead to the problem of code redundancy.Therefore,we specially design the database operation class SqlOperation to avoid code redundancy.Data display uses ZedGraph control and DataGridView control,visually showing the press data in the form of charts.Finally,the digital pressure measurement and monitoring system is tested.The results show that the system shows good performance and can meet the design requirements of the system.The pressure collector can acquire the pressure data according to the setting,and send the pressure data to the monitoring software in real time through the communication interface.The monitoring software can receive and process the pressure data in real time,give an alarm of the abnormal pressure data,store the pressure data into the database and view the pressure data stored in the database at any time.
