| In the era of digitalization and intelligence,market competition is increasingly fierce.In today’s industry strategy convergence background,the enterprise’s own execution becomes the key factor to determine the outcome.5% of the success of an enterprise is the success of strategic formulation,and 95% is the guarantee of strong executive ability.Some research results show that most local enterprises in China lack organization executive ability at present.And there are also studies that show that companies that performed well,especially those that are the most admired in the world,invariably demonstrate excellent organizational execution.In recent years,S Bank has actively promoted digital and intelligent transformation and formulated corresponding new strategy of the group,of which process automation is an important part.The research object of this paper is the organization executive ability of S bank under the background of process automation.In this paper,the domestic and foreign scholars on the execution of the research,and the relevant theoretical basis,management methods,management process for a serious study.At the same time,demand documents,meeting minutes and communication records of relevant process automation cases of S bank are sorted out and summarized,and some specific representations of the status quo of insufficient organizational execution are summarized.Starting from the appearance of the current situation,the deep-seated problem of insufficient organizational execution of S bank is studied based on the principle that strategic process,operation process,personnel process and three core processes must be highly matched in order to maximize organizational execution.In this paper,it is concluded that under the current process automation background,the main problem of organizational execution of S bank is that the three core processes are seriously disjointed and mismatched.For example,the group goal of process automation is disjointed from the grass-roots goal,the related personnel training reserve of process automation is insufficient,the performance appraisal is insufficient,the process automation identification and the follow-up management control are insufficient,etc.Due to the disconnection between the formulation and implementation of the group’s new strategic process and the existing relevant operation and personnel processes,the original process matching basis before process automation has been broken,resulting in process matching imbalance.This paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the specific situations,namely the three core processes in the context of process automation matching specific improvement plan method,such as setting process automation strategy map,perfecting the process automation related personnel training reserves and examination management,aiming at making matching process automation lifecycle operation process design,etc.The purpose is to achieve the re-matching of the three core processes in the context of process automation,achieve the consistency of environment,consciousness and action,and ultimately improve the organizational execution of S bank in the context of process automation. |
