| The breakthrough of virtual reality technology and the popularity of online education have given rise to more and more virtual reality education products,making virtual reality technology shine in the field of culture and education.However,current virtual reality applications focus on training and teaching and interactive displays,with more emphasis on scientific knowledge learning and cultural science popularization,leading to a split between culture and education.Due to the dramatic changes in recent history and the rapid development of the network society,there is a long-term lack of etiquette culture education for our youth,and the traditional etiquette culture education model has also received a cold eye from the youth,and many excellent kernels of etiquette culture have gradually disappeared from public view.In response to the above problems,the article takes the research and application of virtual reality technology in youth etiquette education as the main direction.Firstly,through literature research,the current problems of youth etiquette education are analyzed,and the possibility of applying virtual reality technology in youth etiquette education is explored based on relevant concepts and theoretical dissection.After that,taking the coming-of-age ceremony as an example,we analyze the demand analysis,content planning and functional design for the construction of virtual scenes,and provide the basis for the subsequent application practice.Then,the QEM mesh simplification algorithm is improved to realize the optimization of complex scenes and reduce system consumption.Finally,the detailed production of the practical work "VR Coming-of-Age Ceremony Education Application" is analyzed,and the theoretical basis and practical application are combined.This paper proposes a development plan for the virtual scene of etiquette education based on the coming-of-age ceremony,which provides a certain reference for other VR education content developers.In order to reduce the system consumption,an improved QEM mesh simplification algorithm combined with edge division is proposed,and the virtual scene optimization is realized by simplifying the complex 3D mesh model.Finally,a "VR Coming-Of-Age Ceremony Education Application" based on Unreal Engine was developed to verify the feasibility of VR technology application in adolescent etiquette education.The research on etiquette education for teenagers based on virtual reality technology can make up for the insufficiency of traditional etiquette education and teaching,give full play to the advantages of VR technology in cultural education,and provide a new reference for the etiquette education model for teenagers. |
