| In recent years,bilibili.com,which used to be labeled as a sub-cultural community,has become popular because of its knowledge-based content and has attracted the attention of the younger generation,after being reported by the mainstream media and then into the public eye.On the internet,different groups of netizens have also participated in the online knowledge dissemination practice at bilibili and produced such words as“I went to university at bilibili”,the sociology of knowledge implications are worth noting and discussing.Through the method of network ethnography,this study examines the knowledge dissemination activities and related discourse practices of the case of bilibili,and introduces the Actor Network Theory as the analytical framework,this paper explains how the“bilibili university”,an online knowledge dissemination space,as a network of actors,is produced through continuous translation and conscription among heterogeneous actors.In addition to the introduction,this paper can be divided into four parts.The first part is mainly based on the three core concepts of Actor Network Theory,namely actor,translation and network,to explain the production and dissemination process of bilibili knowledge video.It is found that“bilibili university”constitutes a heterogeneous and dynamic actor network.By tracing this network of actors,we can move beyond the traditional view of "Man versus thing" and discover the location of nonhuman actors as well as human actors,the barrage of bilibili can play a“Human-like”action role in this online knowledge dissemination space,namely: teaching assistants;youth subculture style is also an important non-human actor,in the knowledge area of bilibili,the collage style and bullet-screen style contribute to the unique style of bilibili knowledge video dissemination and the formation of the cultural identity of the user group.Translation refers to the actors through continuous efforts and coordination,to other actors of the problems and interests to be converted out of their own language,so that actors can more easily produce contact and interaction between them,it is the necessary link that the network can generate and realize the stability.The core actors of the“bilibili university”are ultimately linked through a concrete translation process between them,although their interests and resources are different,together,they form a stable network.The second part mainly aims at“bilibili university”this unique discourse expression,has carried on the explanation and the explanation to its core significance,it also points out its important role in the actor network: obligatory passage point.As an obligatory passage point,“bilibili university”is the one that can reflect the goals and expectations of more people’s ideas,statements,slogans,it successfully connects the different actors in the bilibili knowledge area knowledge dissemination practice mentality.The study found that the discourse of“bilibili university”could be a very creative advertising slogan of commercial websites,or it could be a network communication topic with“network sense”and traffic attribute in the new media era,it can also be the emotional expression and self-presentation of the younger generation of users who are active in the knowledge area of bilibili.At the same time,this discourse also points to an innovative sense of knowledge production and dissemination of new models of exploration.The third part focuses on the special background of Covid-19,analyzes the special performance of the online knowledge dissemination of bilibili in the special background,and considers that in the post-epidemic era,the future of“bilibili university”will be a question of what to do when the spatial isolation of the society in general does not continue.The study found that the outbreak of this accidental factor to a certain extent makes“bilibili university”this actor network joined a few more special actors,and these special actors and their translation process between them to promote this online knowledge dissemination model by more people to pay attention to and use.In addition,although the epidemic has brought about a non-institutionalized,non-normal phenomenon,but the future“bilibili university”will not end with the end of the epidemic,but will continue to expand and extend in the dynamic adjustment of different actors.The fourth part is concerned about the Actor Network Theory in the case study of the performance of some theoretical horizon limitations,through the specific development of these aspects,it provides the imagination space for the further discussion of the theory,and reveals gradually that the reasonable attitude towards“bilibili university”should be tolerant but prudent. |
